At this time, I would hesitate to recommend the hotel, as my wife noticed several things during their recent staycation that could use improvement. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the security personnel were helpful and courteous, especially when assistance was needed with luggage. We appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude. However, there were a few areas that needed attention: 1. Air-conditioning – The air-conditioning unit in their room was not cooling efficiently. My wife had come across similar feedback in previous reviews, and unfortunately, they experienced the same issue. Although a staff member made some adjustments, the cooling only improved slightly, and the room remained warm, especially during the night. 2. Noise in the hallway – There was noticeable noise in the hallway during the early hours of the morning, particularly the sound of doors slamming. This issue has been mentioned in other reviews as well. It’s unclear whether the noise came from other guests or staff, but it affected the quality of our rest. 3. Bathroom ventilation – The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which impacted air circulation and overall comfort. 4. Room amenities – While the hotel is rated 3 stars, the amenities could be improved. For comparison, Hotel 101 (also a 3-star hotel) provides a more complete in-room experience, including a refrigerator, microwave, and consistent restocking of toiletries. Housekeeping at that hotel also checks in regularly to ensure rooms are clean and essentials like tissue and trash disposal are managed—even if bed linens are not changed daily. 5. Television signal – The TV signal was often weak, making it difficult to enjoy any programs. 6. Storage and furniture – There was no cabinet provided for clothes—not even a small one—which made it difficult to store belongings properly. The room only had one small table with limited surface area, and the lone chair was a basic monoblock type, offering little comfort or functionality. Overall, while the staff service was commendable, we hope the hotel can focus on improving its amenities and overall comfort for guests. With a few enhancements, the experience could be much more enjoyable.
