We stayed in this hotel to celebrate my bday…i’m wd my family…wow Holiday inn is excellent, all my transactions runs smooth from the time of booking the staff is very kind in answering all my concerns. When we arrived at the hotel from the guards to the reception/ frontdesk officers and Room attendants they were all attentive and very accomodating to all our needs…Our experience during our stay was very relaxing and satisfying they even add more towels/ toiletrees since they’ve prepared just for 2 and we’re four I dont even have to ask it but handed to us immediately. One more that i like in this hotel is the buffet foods / breakfast they have variety of selections and everything that we’ve tasted are all good, we really enjoyed our stay here esp that i have kid bec the pool area and the water is also very clean and clear…all in all we dont have any negative experience here they even exceeded my expectations…the surprise complimentary stuff for my bday also is unexpected for me and it is very cute… i would say 10/10 is my rating for this facility.. Location is the best. The facilities could improve but everything is clean and decent. Front office staff are pleasant and friendly. Zeus from the 10th floor too. Great service also from the mister at Flavors (sorry i wasnt able to get his name) we're eating dinner buffet and obviously there's a lot of options but my 4yo son specifically wanted just scrambled eggs which the man overheard. I was about to tell my son that there's no eggs and he has to choose from what's on the buffet (just trying to parent) bec we are not in our own kitchen and i was just too shy to ask but this guy insisted that he can ask the kitchen like what a 4yo has to say really matters which I truly appreciate! Our stay was comfortable and everyone in the family had fun. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Always been on the lookout for that perfect Tocino so when I saw the raves online, decided to book at Holiday Inn for 4 nights. On Day 1 everyone is q’ng for the tocino and when it was my turn to get, the kitchen changed it to pork longganisa then Chef approached me and prepped the Pork Tocino all for my self! And my God: it is soft, juicy, not too sweet and just pertect! Then there’s the taho, champorado, and tinapa, They also have a bread, salad, japanese, and indian section. Great job Flavors restaurant! 👌🏻 All the staff were really helpful and Christian is doing a great job cleaning up my room daily. The best of it all, it is connected to Glorietta 2 and with the heat in Manila, I dont need to go far to shop and eat. My hotel is connected to the Glorietta Mall which is connected to SM Makati, Landmark, and Greenbelt. Then on Sundays, I can just walk over to the Greenbelt Chapel. Thank you Holdiay Inn!

I spent 5 days here during Christmas and all in all my experience with them was exceptional. Here are some positives and negatives about this establishment: + *Staff are trained well and knows how to deescalate situations. Most foreigners I saw had some complaints but they managed to resolve the situation quickly. Managers and employees teach and treat each other professionally. Multiple times I have seen them teaching their colleagues well and not condescendingly *Amenities are top class, everyday items like water, laundry, tissues, change of towels, etc are given. Room is quite soundproof, tv has a set max volume so as not to disturb others. The city view on the upper floors is breath taking. Bed is comfortable as well, has soft and firm pillows indicated. There is an air purifier in the lobby of our floor. *Elevator is wheelchair friendly (has buttons on the side for easier access) *Breakfast buffet has good variety, as well as the hot drinks served *I love their service. Even more hospitable than the ones I stayed abroad - *The shower drain seems to be broken as it drains real slowly *Elevator speed I guess? I once rode one that kept saying sorry for the inconvenience after we stopped at every floor going down the lobby *The mini bar does not seem to be cold enough Thank you for Kuya Paulo for always delivering everyday amenities, Miss Ly for facilitating my check in and check out process, and Miss Anne for facilitating the breakfast buffet flow of people You will feel very safe and comfortable here, that I can assure you
