Excellent Location”
We stayed here for a few nights, the staff were extremely friendly, the location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. There was a choice of soft or hard pillows, the soft pillows are the best pillows I have ever used. I would defiantly stay here again.

I like this hotel. They have nice and soft bed. The staffs are nice. Always smile and greeting us. The room is big for me. The breakfast have delicious taste. Just need more variaety of foods. This hotel work together with Blue Bird Taxi Group. They also have self laundry. It is something rare to meet in hotels now. I will love to back stay in here again.

Located in town centre. The room is good and clean. The local breakfast is delicious. The qym is good - I had a good time having the gym all by myself. There are many stalls in front of the hotels where you can taste local foods. The hotel is just a walking distance (less than 1 km) to Tunjungan Plaza (the huge shopping complex in Surabaya).

Clean rooms, great staff”
I read reviews that it was located near food vendors but I didn't see any of those. They were busy outside renovating the street area. Didn't see a convenient store as well. But other than that this hotel was great. The staff was superb. Less than 10 minute ride to the Tunjungan Mall.

Pros : I like the outdoor seating area for breakfast. It feels safe during this pandemic. I also had my lunch there. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Very easy check in and check out. Cons : Ah....the nasi rawon was disappointing. The rawon itself was good, but no beansprout, no salted egg, no prawn crackers....

Pro: Friendly and helpful FO and security. Con: Corridor was noisy and the house keeping did not clean the carpet and replace clean cups to use. Instead he came in and wash the dirty cups at the toilet which was shocking and unacceptable. They should have proper SOP at least

location, value for money, cleanliness, staff is good if not for excellent. food taste and variation is ok. the only minus point is the queen bed too small. only 160x200cm other hotel always use 180x200cm bed for queen size.

Nice property and Very Helpful Staff”
Nice hotel, located in a strategic location, at night Kedungdoro street is like the center of street food hawkers, you can find a lot of delicious local cuisines there. Best place for culinary hunters. Very helpful staff also, my wife left her bag and they helped with ordering GoJek to deliver the bag to the airport. Keep up the good work!!
