Oone morning we arrived at 9.50 for breakfast and one memember of staff wasn't too happy with our late arrival, l actually didn't stay and went back to room , all other members of staff were very welcoming.

This is one of the best holiday inn express we have stayed at.The welcoming, helpful man on reception,bar and restraunt staff were all very good and cheerful.Bedroom was a bit warm for my taste even with the aircon on,but thats just a personal thing .Breakfast was fineif a little basic on the hot food section,but it was lovely and hot.If we travel to south wales again we will be back 😃
