Staff weren’t helpful. Rooms not great. Air conditioning crap, hotel felt like a sauna even with it on. Wouldn’t go back. Staff weren’t the friendliest either. Poor service

Great location, small common parts and pool”
It is a small hotel situated in the best part of Hivernage acoss from the cool Delano hotel so one can take advantage of the latter's superior facilities (roof restaurant etc. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, unfortunately with a very small wardrobe that would not be sufficient for two people staying over a weekend. The staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast good, it would help if tere were some english speaking newspapers.

Much promise but let down by lack of 5 star detail”
it looks good and is in great location but what a let down. lack of smiling, helpful staff, very noisy room from partying in foyer, the club downstairs or the street, hot rooms and no air con. they brought me in a portable one which was kind but sounds like a jet engine, takes up all the room and needs window open to work properly! no point. minibar not restocked. nor breakfast card replaced. hair - all sorts - in sheets first night. pool all in shade and closed in. everything that can be charged extra, and at a high price, is. there are some good points: location, doormen, attempt at good service (eg towels and water handed out in gym), pretty lobby, wifi. this hotel has promise -i'd love to retrain everyone! - but sadly, i would definitely not stay here again for these prices - and i had a deal! let this hotel ruin a fun city to visit.

Ideal la situación por cercanía al centro antiguo dela ciudad y por el entorno en el que está. Carente del glamour y servicios de un 5 estrellas. La piscina es un simulacro entre muros e impropia de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Muy buena elección. La estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable; si volviera a ir repatiría. La situación del hotel es inmejorable, cerca de la zona moderna de la ciudad pero suficientemente cerca para poder ir andando. No es un Riad pero es un hotel pequeño. En la habitación estaba cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El desayuno era muy variado. Además el restaurante del hotel es de los que está de moda.

Personnel aimable et souriant,bon emplacement. Buffet petit déjeuner très varié.Chambre propre et spacieuse nous avons passé un séjour agréable.Seul bémol la piscine (petite)…et quasi tt la journée à l’ombre.
