My great thanks to everybody there especially Sara at the reception. She so helpful and very kind. Breakfast was delicious and many items are there. Thanks to them. When I plan to come back to Tanjier , I will stay with Hilton Hotel.

Staff is very helpful. Special attributes to Mr. Youness of the reception. There is another Hilton (without swimming pool) near to this one. They are two different hotels. Make sure you book this one. The other one is horrible and has a lot of bad reveals. Remember the one with swimming pool is the good Hilton in Tangier.

A great location and value for money ”
The guest service and housekeeping was extremely poor. The guest services was outrite rude to me on the phone for simple requests after my check in . They only attended to me after four requests to them and later that night. The check in staff need to be schooled and be polite when guests check in. They behaved like military personnel and everything I asked was deemed a burden on them

It was our honeymoon location and the service was not that of a 5 star hotel. Our room had normal service regardless of the fact that I had called and told them that it was our honeymoon suite. There were no flowers or packages. I'd also left messages on the agoda site to ensure they knew it was a honeymoon suite. Rooms were clean and area was decent however the service left much to be desired.

Good Location ”
This is probably the best location in Tangier. It's connected to the mall and 5mins walk to the Train station and the bay. Reception: During the initial Check in, my husband approached the gentleman and he took our passport/ID. However, he received a call and he answered his phone, gave our passport to someone else and went to the back office without saying anything which made us feel like we are not important. Room: The room is nice however when we arrived there's only amenities for one person and no toothbrush were given, we talked to the Housekeeper outside our room and she said she will give us but after 4 hrs we had to call reception to follow up. F&B: We've only had breakfast here. The first breakfast was pretty normal and no one offered us water or talked to us (like everyone is tired this is probably because we came at around 10AM and everyone is tired. 2nd breakfast was a Friday, we arrived early and We loved it, especially the Harira. Hafsa was very nice and made sure that we are enjoying our meal and if we needed anything she would surely send it to our table. F&B team seems to know how to smile everytime we enter the restaurant. Kudos to the Chefs who prepared the nice meals and Pastries.

Hygiëne laat behoorlijk te wensen over. Hier 2x over moeten klagen binnen 5 dagen. Tijdstip van schoonmaken erg laat, slechte bijvul van zeep producten. En geen water op de kamer. Beveiliging centrale ingang arrogant en ongeïnteresseerd . Daarin tegen receptie en restaurant personeel erg vriendelijk.

我们一行六人在AGODA上订了两间房，因为当时选项里有给选3个一间的，结果到了办理入住的时候，前台黑姐建议我们2人一间住的舒服，结果是要收费的，还好事先问清了，于是据理力争的要求加床三人一间，前后绕了一小时左右，我们的说法就是既然网站给我们订了三人一间房就表示可以这样入住，酒店建议2人一间要么免费给我们改，后来黑姐请示经理后终于妥协，进入房间后服务人员很热情的添加了一床，原来的双从沙发打开后睡得很舒服，之前一路住的民宿我们也是住够了，很舒服的洗了热水澡，隔壁去逛了商场，晚上还去了酒吧，第二天早餐也还可以，一切都很不错，除了办理入住的时候!

موقع الفندق أمام محطة طنجة المدينة وفي وسط المدينة وقريب من الكورنيش وبحوار المول وهو جميل ونظيف والحمامات فيها شطاف.. والمطعم جميل والاكل متنوع وموظف المطعم خدمتهم جميلة.. وكل الشكر للاخت ندى في الاستقبال فماقصرت معانا وتعاملها لطيف وراقي وباحترافية عالية.
