A hidden gem!”
My stay was only a weekend; there to speak at a women's conference being held on their ground. The facility is beautiful, a massive property with restaurants, live music, and great amenities(well, available due to COVID). The view of Lake Mead from our room was to die for. I am definitely coming back for a more personal stay. The only problem I had was the housekeeping situation. I think it was just protocol since COVID, but I did not enjoy seeing guests' dirty sheets and towels in the hallway as I walked to and from my room. Not a good look for such a lovely spa & resort.

Checked in late at night and receptionist seem to have a long day due to short staff. Receptionist was not friendly and rude. The new lady training showed too much attitude such as eye rolling to her coworker that I confronted as she was in the process checking me in. she came off rude and not friendly at all. She is too HOOD to work for this kind of place. People come here to this hotel to have a nice time and expect receptionists the first one to give that first impression to their guest, in this case this receptionist failed and from this you will just turn down customers in the near future. Overall the hotel is nice and clean.

No indoor pool/hot tub. Outdoor pool only open from 9-7. Private beach not open. The only reason we we stayed at the Hilton was for the private beach. Huge let down

The hotel staff are great but the facility was just ok. The shower drain didn’t drain well, pooling of water. The bathroom had hair all over the ground. I booked a room for 3 people and only had 2 sets of towels. I called for more and they never came to deliver more. Overall just an ok experience.

Very disappointed especially for the price we paid, somehow Motel 6 might even have better cleaner rooms and beds. We found a lot death and alive cockroach around the rooms and on the bed Both of two rooms are unclean. Don't recommend. Never ever come back aging even for free. Very discussing the room floor was full of hairs and the bed headboard are dusty of both of our twin's beds.

Really enjoyed Lake Las Vegas and the Revella. Beautiful room but the delivery of the luggage (our only complaint) was very slow. We dined at Bernard's Steak House in the villages just a two minute walk to all the shops and it was fabulous! We had the pepper tenderloin. Yummm. They also had live entertainment. It was located near the golf course where we had reservations to play Saturday morning. We would recommend to others.

Great Hotel away from the noise of Las Vegas”
everything worked properly - wifi was strong and fast, and heating/air conditioning system was very quiet indeed. room is a very good size and comfortable, plus bathroom has separate shower and toilet. location is about 20 minutes drive from the strip, and even during peak hours going to/from ces i did not hit any traffic jams. there is an additional $22 per day "facility charge" which includes wifi, yet on the agoda homepage it says "complimentary lan internet" - so be careful of this (all the las vegas hotels add this - but feels like a catch). i mentioned this to the hotel manager during check out and was credited in full for the facilities charges. i will stay at ravella again for sure.
