Pros: The condo looks like the photos. I like a foam mattress. Security guards at gate and entrance to buildings 24/7. Attractive landscaping. Hallways and common areas cleaned daily. Near to Abreeza Mall. Wifi good. Drinking water provided. Cons: 1300 peso a month for wifi. Construction going on at pool and gym. Pink and black mold covering floor of shower. The last 2 times I ordered breakfast the security guards unnecessarily got involved in order to knock on door and play mind games. When I came outside there were guards grouped together socializing. The second time I refused to open door and when I came outdoors the guard went into a long loud rant in Filipino language.
