Really interested to try staycation at this hotel! And it was so worth it! Things i like about this hotel: + The staff is so friendly & helpful! I forgot my hdmi cable on tv & they’re kindly looking for it and prepare it well so i could grab it. + No plastic bottle for the water! They’re using glass bottle for water & you can ask for refill! Good for environment. + The bed is so comfyyyy, the ac is working very well. + The desk space is so wide, suitable for two person! So you & your partner can work on the same time comfortably. + The food is yumm! I ordered room service twice! Yeah, it’s that good! Now for things i think could be better in the future: - since it’s weekend, maybe the staff’s busy & have so many things to do, so when i asked for water refill, i need to asked twice, even third because i’m waiting for a very long time & they still haven’t delivered them. But it understandable though. Well i think that’s it. It’s a very pleasant stay, and i think I’ll definitely stay here again for another staycation! Or workcation!

Visit this hotel as transit to Bali, it was a great choice! The location near toll road, near Bu rudi restaurant & soto ayam cak di, etc. I asked for connecting rooms & it was perfect. They even gave us welcoming cake inside the room which is tasty too! Thank you, Harris!

Staff here are all very young and nice! Hotel smell so good with a standard orange odor . Everything is fine here , I tried lots of hotels in Surabaya, even the 5 stars one , water temperature also is a problem, but this hotel is very new, water is hot enough and water pressure is good for shower too! I will highly recommend this hotel to you if you just want a clean and fresh environment to stay!
