Worst staycay ever”
The only good thing about this hotel is that checking in and out was smooth and fast. However, I am appalled by their service standard and cleanliness. Checked into their room and the bedsheet had stains on it, remote control and fridge was super dusty, hand soap was mouldy. Called the desk line for help and it took them forever to send someone up to check. An indian man came to our room after quite sometime and took a few photos of the bed and changed the hand soap for us. Shortly, an indian lady came up and argued with us that the stain on the bedsheets were caused by the laundry machines. No apology at all, refused to change the bedsheets for us and even told us to get a change of room ourselves and stormed out of our room. Called the line again and receptionist was not even apologetic and stood by the cleaner's statements. After much arguement then they finally decided to call the lady up again and changed the bedsheet. This is worse than the budget hotels I've stayed thus far.

Room was pleasant and felt clean. Staff was friendly and we can refill water through a dispenser at the corridor. Vivocity is within walking distance. Carpark is limited so places depend on your luck.

Room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very accomodating and we got to check in 2 hours earlier. Might want to bring earplugs for sleeping tho, as the traffic noise outside is rather loud. There are no food nearby, so you'd have to take the bus to get something to eat.

Deppends on the room you gets”
No daily cleaning ( stayed for 4 nights ). Everything depends on the room you gets, my has small window with a view. The A/C is old, and bed is small. From outside, hotel looks tired. But you can open a window in your room!

I needed a place with free parking as I drove from KL, Malaysia. Keep note that it's a mix of local Singaporeans getting their kicks, families with very young children and the occasional businesspersons. I'd say it was decent value for money esp considering the comfort. Love the hot shower.
