Underwhelming”
Staff expects you to book tuk tuks through them and won't let you extend your stay otherwise (Agoda showed availability, but the owner said they had none). We ended up booking a tuk tuk with them after that ordeal anyways and we regret it. The short version: the driver was grumpy all day, tried pressuring us into eating at his friend's restaurant for lunch (got grumpier when we declined), and told us we could only visit Angkor Wat for 1.5 hours. You can find a better driver for the same price on your own. The laundromat across the street threw a party on Sunday night that went until midnight, blasting music the whole time. Midnight wouldn't be so bad except we planned to see a temple sunrise the next day with a 4:30 AM pickup. The common area is a nice place to relax and chat with other guests.

the local family running the guest house is nice and helpful, stay some more days and you ll be part of them, they will speak about local life, suggest good places, even show you around. and the place is clean enough, nice veranda, great internet connection and even hot water. dorm is just 2$. food is good and cheap. i will recommend to everybody!

Lovely family-run hostel”
This hostel is run by the sweetest Cambodian family. It's definitely not a party place but is located in a local neighborhood of Siem Reap and draws a great mix of travelers. The family is absolutely wonderful and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!

Logement réservé avec agoda et payé mais déja occuppé a notre arrivée... seul le dortoir de 10 personnes était disponible au lieu de la chambre privée. Nous avons demandé le remboursement mais nous attendons toujours l'annulation de leur part... très en colère! Sur agoda il est possible de demander un lit supplémentaire dans les bungalows privés. En réalité la chambre est trop petite!

ここには泊まらない方がいいと思います。 1.部屋に蚊やハエが何匹も入ってくる 2.トイレやシャワーに蚊やハエ、ヤモリが何匹も入ってくる 3.洗面台に蚊やハエが何匹もいる 4.宿に行くまでに野犬4匹ほどと遭遇する 目の前に現れて吠えます。夜だったら100%の確率。 中心地から離れているので街灯が少なく暗闇で急に吠えられます。 トゥクトゥク、バイタクなしでは帰宅不可能。 総じて虫の対応がずさんです。 家族経営なので、敷地が狭いのですが、その狭い敷地に所狭しと植物が植えられています。 そのため虫が他所よりも集まっています。 どこに行くにも戦う羽目になります。 また宿が中心地から離れているため帰宅中野犬が何匹かいます。最大で4匹同時に現れて、近くの民家に助けを求めました。 てな感じですので、泊まらない方がいいと思います。 ちなみにスタッフの方はとてもいい方たちです。スタッフは夫婦ですが笑顔でいろいろと教えてくれます。
