The hotel has excellent facilities with enthusiastic and helpful staff. The buffet opens until 10 am so we do not have to rush for breakfast like in other hotels. What I like most is the dessert. Very delicious caramel and mousse cakes. Highly recommend for those wishing to spend a night in Ha Long!

Way better than first thought, the activities are jam packed but all worth doing. In the space of 24h we did more than we would normally do in a few days. But such an amazing experience.
