Large cabin for big group”
In general, our stay at the log house was fantastic. The only concern is the road going up there is really steep and narrow, be sure to drive carefully and change your gears to low gear specially when driving up and down the hill. Second, the spot light in the veranda is dim, so if you're planning to do bbq outside be sure to bring extra lamps. And also, the light in the living room is a little but dark.
友人家族との旅行”
人数が多かった為 ここを利用しました！ 2家族で大人4名子供5名でしたが 十分過ぎる広さで 布団もたくさんあり、 ロッジも綺麗でした＼(^o^)／ テラスでバーベキューも出来ました★
憧れ別荘生活”
伊豆旅行では、下田、伊東などにも1時間で行けるので、拠点としては素晴らしい立地です。家の広さも十分あり、家の中でも楽しい時間を過ごすことができます。しかし、山の上にあるので、山道が狭く急なので初めはドキドキしながら運転しましたが、3日目には慣れて対向車とのすれ違い場所だけ頭に入れて運転しました。伊豆旅行に来る時は是非再度泊まりたいです。
山奥”
思っていた以上に山奥で、車がすれ違えないような場所だったので大変でした。 20分以上ずっと山道を走っている感じです。ただ鹿の群れに会えたのと星が綺麗だったことは良かったです。
事前にキャンセルしても、宿泊費の84%を支払う必要があります。”
予約のキャンセルに対し、84%もの高額なキャンセル料を請求されるのは、到底納得できません。事前にキャンセルしたにもかかわらず、これほどの料金を求めるのは理不尽だと思います。顧客の立場を全く考慮していないように感じます。このような方針は受け入れがたく、非常に失望しています。さらに、無料でキャンセルを申し出た際、オーナーからの返答は一切なく、その後予約が確定状態になってしまいました。このような対応の不足は受け入れられません。事前にキャンセルの意向を伝えたにも関わらず、高額なキャンセル料を請求され、オーナーからの適切な対応も得られなかったことに深い不満を感じています。
