"i stayed with my husband last month, our room is very poor, they give us room with the leak roof, i have to asking many times to check but the staff not helping us at all and say to clean up by ourself, we dont have TV decoder at our room, lot of insect. But the manager hotel is very nice guy, and asking sorry to us for his staff mistaken. So when you looking for manager hotel, i think you can asking him lol because he's the best one the hotel have, of course number one is their facility, and royal tulips hotel as their group."

"Arrived on Sunday evening, with no other guests around, practically we had the whole house for ourselves. Despite its easy access, you need to be careful when planning to come on Saturday or Sunday, because of the one route closure from Jakarta to Puncak on 09-11.30 am and 15.00 - 18.00 (in our case, it even prolonged to 19.00 and more). The manager who also the owner of the place is a very kind, friendly and helpful person. He generously upgraded our room to family room (Seroja), which is very spacious and comfortable. Room amenities were okay, lacking only for toothbrushes, sandals, and minimum towel rack. Staffs were all friendly and helpful, could use a bit of improvement on performance though. This place is perfect for those who don't really like the busy atmosphere of a hotel, for those who look for quiet, solitude, and peaceful place. If you like to stroll in a nicely decorated garden, enjoy private swimming pool, looking for perfect and safe place for children to play around, then this place is for you. We really like the place, because its like a paradise for a little child. It has a large playground and so many turns. Many activities and much to explore for a child. The swimming pool was also nice and clean, and the temperature was perfect for morning swim because it's not too cold. Sitting rooms were everywhere, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The main living room is a great place to spend with the family, to watch TV, playing together, or just lazed around. Food may not be their selling point. Breakfast was standard fried rice or fried noodle. You may want to bring your own meals when staying here. But because we go out often, its not a big problem for us. Overall, our stay here is a very pleasant one. We had a great time and excellent holiday here. I would recommend the Garden, and won't hesitate to stay here again.
