The space
We are a block away from corner SIMC gas station Penaplata. Road to Catagman- Circumferential Rd

For your convenience, there are parking stalls located right in front of the building. Feel free to park there when available.

Guest access
Pls present confirmed booking, valid ID and cash deposit.

To access your room:

1. From the parking lot, face the building and walk along the left side of the structure.

2. Head up the stairs to reach Guadalupe Apartel.

3. Each room is equipped with a lockbox by the door where you can retrieve your keys. Your personal access code will be sent to you privately, and codes are refreshed after every checkout for your security.

For your peace of mind, the building is equipped with security camera monitoring key areas around the property.

Kitchen Use Update

Our kitchen is open for light use, but cooking isn’t available at the moment.

You can still use:
• The rice cooker
• The microwave
• The electric kettle
• Oven toaster
• The fridge (great for keeping fruits, veggies, water, ice, and more fresh!)
• The kitchen sink with water faucet for washing up
