This was my first time staying here, the room is clean, the air conditioning is really cold (I happened to get a smoking room), the bathroom has a bathtub so you can relax while soaking in the bath, the check-in process was quick, overall it was nice and comfortable during my stay there. The downside is that there was only 1 towel 😂 so we had to take turns with my partner (usually at other hotels there are 2 towels), and the toothbrush and toothpaste were also just 1 (usually in other hotels there are 2).
I was surprised for my size with a height of 183cm, the bathtub is nice, comfortable, and just right. I received one bathrobe as per the rules, maybe next time I can get two, hehe. It's a pity there is no hand wash gel, maybe it could be combined with the body wash. The amenities are very complete, there is also a comb, this is the most complete so far, and I also received two access cards.
Just a casual staycation at a hotel near home, it was really quiet from the outside. And I only needed to walk there, haha. Overall, everything was fine, check-in was quick, and the atmosphere was very calm. The room was also clean, the bathtub and everything were safe. But a little suggestion, please change the bed cover because it had stains. Also, the amenities were only one per room, which was a bit funny since it was booked for two people. If you ask for towels and a toothbrush, they bring them right away, but asking for one bottle of mineral water got charged 20k. Maybe it would be nice to request that if there are two people checking in, the amenities should be for two as well, hehe✌🏼 The swimming pool was really clean, and peaceful with a lot of trees. It was nice to swim in the evening. The breakfast was decent, although there weren't too many choices, but it was quite tasty. Thank you, GTV, I will definitely come back if I'm bored at home🙌🏼
Spending 3D2N at GTV Hotel. Check-in was very quick, a deposit is required but it's cheap at only 50k. I got the room as requested (smoking room) but when I asked for a change, I was immediately given a non-smoking room without hassle. The bellboy was very friendly. I forgot to ask his name. I requested a microwave and they provided it easily... There’s a stove and cooking utensils available, a refrigerator as well. There’s a hair dryer. No issue with the bathtub. The room is clean, but I only received one towel, so I had to ask for more. I also received one extra pillow upon request. The only downside is at the swimming pool; there were no towels provided at the pool so I had to bring them from the room. In the morning, it gets really hot (there are no trees or awnings) and the pool is quite boring for kids, as there's no slide or other water features (it seems to be designed for adults since the depth is all 1.4m). Breakfast for that rate is quite generous (there’s an egg corner and porridge for kids) and fairly tasty. In the lobby, there’s a playground that doesn’t have many toys, but the kids were happy enough. There was a brief issue with the cable TV due to lightning, but the engineering team responded quickly. If it's a staycation for couples, it seems fitting since there are no king-sized beds, all are queens, which makes it a bit cramped (with 2 kids). If coming here for a staycation with kids, it seems either the pool needs to be made more kid-friendly or the playground should have more toys to be okay. Or maybe have animals like a fish pond or something else, perhaps rabbits? Hehe. So far, for that price, getting breakfast, a bathtub, a spacious room, fast wifi, and a kitchen, it’s worth trying. Overall good, the service is friendly, the hotel facilities are complete, and there are even bikes available for rent. The downside is that the swimming pool is a bit far away and you have to go through an open space, and there was an unpleasant incident of catcalling, whether it was by hotel staff or not. But the swimming pool is nice and the view overlooks bamboo and trees. However, the restroom seems poorly maintained as there was an unpleasant smell.
