"I book this hotel for a friend of mine coming to Solo with her hubby and 2 y.o son. At first they were put in room 503 however on the next day being asked to move to 206 due to some pipe maintenance which was so unfortunate happened in room 503. They were being asked to move at night, i.e.: around 9pm. Other things that disappoint us were: 1) On the first night, we called to room service & receptionist to borrow a scissor, but they said they don't have scissor (how can a hotel has no scissor?). 2) Although the room was generally clean, for room 503, under the basin there were brown (if not black) dots which we guess marks from cigarettes. 3) Lastly, each day we had to go back down to receptionist to re-validate the room key as it was not working. Having said all the above, we would like to thank the receptionist (can't remember her name) for finding blankon that we left at the hotel. "
