humble customer service and simple checking process. supported by a fairly complete hotel facilities (musola, swimming pool, restaurant, etc.) unfortunately the cleanliness of the musola and swimming pool facilities is lacking. the choice of menu for breakfast is less diverse, for taste it only gets a score of 7 from a scale of 10

9th-11th april 2021 4 adults of group traveler . stay at 1st floor. the hotel sign is hard to find from the street. the room was OK . internet not so good (most of the time is poor connection). the food was OK, only have a simple indonesia breakfast (nasi goreng, mie goreng, roti tawar, sup, coffee, tea). the facilities is very need for renovation and fixing everywhere. one of our bathtub are leaking to floor. the room not so clean because of lack of customer stay and too much plants nearby (so we will have some group of ants accompany in the room) . quiet happy with the services for a group traveler who want to explore the Purwokerto & Baturaden city and valued for money (especially during the pandemic situation) overall is a very GOOD hotel around the location . the hotel is a real evidence of pandemic wave. we need to support the HOTEL to survive .

Travelling to Baturaden for 3 days 2 Nights, my fault was not looking rating from others who gave 6.6 star, check in late at 8pm & paid for 2 nights, immediately regret it once enter the room, should've only paid for 1 night only then move out. The room is have everything
