Everything you Need in One Place”
The resort is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the basic rooms had plenty of space. Our whole extended family enjoyed the pool. The are plenty of places to eat and right out the back door is the district with more places to shop and eat. We will definitely go to the Green Valley Ranch again.

Minor repairs needed in room but overall a beautiful location. Room service is quick as well as prompt vallet service and check in / out. 24 hr restaurant food was very good. Nice atmosphere and great staff. Would have liked to have in room coffee maker. Don't understand sold out of king beds without paying for upgrade when hotel was not very full. Excellent in room housekeeping Valet and door staff are the best, super nice guys!!

Beautiful resort with a little bit of everything! ”
Best resort in Vegas by far! Good for couples at the Pond the 21 and over pool and families at the backyard beach pool. There’s a Kids drop off area that is totally awesome as well as an arcade, cinema, day spa, yoga and so much more! Highly recommend but ask for a view of the pool Bc the parking lot is nothing spectacular to look at from the window.

Our visit to this hotel was great overall, however, our visit to the pool was disappointing. We tried several times to place an order at the bar & waited over 45 minutes because we are patient. 3 servers said they would send someone to us & no one showed up. we were disappointed because everyone around was literally being served & orders were being taken & somehow we were just ignored.

Shower was not working properly”
Low hot water pressure and flow. Stayed here 4 nights and found out that our shower was not functioning properly. Finished showering then called maintenance and it was taken care of a short time later. Room had some fan sound that took a while to get used to. Otherwise very nice resort off the Strip in Henderson.

This is a pleasant place to plop by the pool. Nice assortment of food by the pool. The district across the street is good for shops, munchies, wine and dinner. Good option if seeking more quiet than the strip.

Hotel is quiet and clean. I like that the hotel entrance is different from the casino. You don't have to walk thru a smoke filled rooms to get to the hotel entrance. I believe the actual hotel is nonsmoking rooms. Easy check in and out. Parking is free.

Nice but...”
My sisters, mom and I stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. The first thought was the hotel was beautiful and it had all of the amenities that we wanted. However Check in staff was not friendly amd seemed bothered to help and lastly the pool closed wayyy to early. We’re on vacation the pool should be open until at-least 10 pm to enjoy. Overall I give 3.5 out of 5

The resort fee of $44 or $45 daily - can't remember - is outrageous. Apparently its for parking and using the gym. As I had no car, and am in my seventies and not up to using a gym, it seems criminal to charge so high a resort fee. $198 for the room charge through a third party, which was fine. Then an additional $114 for resort fees and coffee, two mornings in a row . Nothing in the room.

Cigarette/cleaner smell”
All would have been fine except the whole place smelled of some horrible scent trying to cover up the cigarette smoke smell. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night. But all the clothes I had reeked of this horrible scent. I expected the casino to smell of cigarettes but I would have thought the non-smoking rooms would not smell bad but they did. Because of this, I would not stay here again. Otherwise the rooms looked nice, bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms during the pandemic supposably are disinfected , sanitized and sealed. This seal is only broken when the guest enters the room. Dont Believe It. Not only was the Room none of the above but after complaining the supervisor who agreed with my opinion, had the room totally cleaned. The expensive decor in the neutral colors equates to smoke and mirrors.
