1.) Upon check in we will collect security depsit php 3000, dont worry we will refund the money upon check out if no damage made. The Property is using RFID ( tap card ) for guest entry and exit.After booking confirmation we will ask the guest to provide there names and ids for us to prepare the RFID cards.For check in convenience please bear with us.Please do take care of the RFID, lost card is with penalty of php 1000. 2.) visitors shoul register in the lobby and will provide there ids.Visitor is not allowed to stay overnight in the unit unless they pay for there stay.Php 400 per night. 3). Once booking is confirmed please send a copy of your Ids for Check in convenience. Passports for foreign guests and Government Ids for Locals.You can send it by email. 4.) Use of Swimming Pool, Gym, Game Room, and Student Lounge is with extra charge.No parking in the premises. If guest want to use the swimming pool, you will advise us in advance. We can't process your Pool Ticket on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Pool is closed every Monday. 5.) Pick up and drop service ( Airport to Green ) ( Green to Airport ) subject for availability. With extra charge. 6.) Essentials/toiletries are provided for short term only ( ex: 1-5 nights) since 1 week stay and more are discounted we advise guest to buy or bring there own.,but for the first 1-5 night we will provide it as complimentary. We provide extra linens and towels upon request with extra charge depends on the length of stay. 7.) Guest and visitors will shoulder any lost/damaged item inside the unit or within the building. Please be careful of the equipment, machinery, tables and chairs, inside the premises as you are responsible for the damage that may incur during your stay. Payment for any lost or damaged item will be collected upon check-out. So please take extra care, respect and love the place as your own. 8.) CCTVs and roving security guards are everywhere.
