      We enjoy the first night staying in Grand Sae, quite surprised found that they put extra effort to make a clean and comfortable room. The staffs were helpful. With its rate, we would like to return to this hotel next time we are in Solo.

      spacious room, nice room design, nice bathroom

      Very nice hotel, room is spacious, the hotel is still new, very comfort bed, and most of all, room rate is cheap (or maybe it's a promo rate). Though there's no window in my room and the pool is rather small, but overall I like this hotel and will stay here when I'm travelling to Solo.

      We enjoy the first night staying in Grand Sae, so we booked for the next 1 day in Solo. The room was carefully designed to make guests comfortable. It was also clean. The parking area lot are quite tight, but we found the security staffs are 24/7 ready to help.

      nice hotel with good price”

      big room, good location, good price

      The hotel is nice, clean, big room (30 sq meter) and the price rate was cheap. Room has modern design, bath room is big enough, clean, and modern. Friendly staff; I requested additional pillow and no charge. Swimming pool is indoor swimming pool including pool for kids. Not really big but good option especially in rainy season. Breakfast had some menus; like omelette, fish/chicken sate, koko crunch, dimsum, salad, soup, rice, noodles. Unfortunately, the food taste was 'flat'. This hotel must really improve the quality and taste of their food. Overall I was satisfied with all service and facilities from this hotel except food.

      Location wise is a bit far from the crowd though closer to SGM, yet Solo is not too big city... we could be anywhere in a minutes. Room is nice concept actually, yet I was occurring a bad luck perhaps, the waste water from air condition is leaking hence falling to the floor. Did not disturb me at all yet what a pity, Hotel staff should do any repair.

      Big space room (business room), double bed, nice room, hotel has private pool, unfortunately hot water still under maintenance for all room as staff said since 1st march. But we needed it most as well. Bed lamps just broken-malfunction. Just ornament. Breakfast is good. Overall its nice.
