I am the repeated customers of Artyzen hotel ever since running by predecessor of Mandarin Oriental. The location is perfect. Very close to the pier (walking distance of 15 mins) and accessible to the Macau city center. Yet, staying in the hotel give us the absolute serenity away from the crowd. The resort facilities are the best in class standard. All the staffs are very helpful and welcoming. One of the best services I experienced among the 5 stars hotel. The rooms are well maintained and great cleanliness . The front desk and concerige staffs are exceptional responsive and always willing to go an extra mile to serve guests need. The hotel offers a great experience—waking up to views of nature is a refreshing contrast to the busy city of Macau. I really liked the hotel overall, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a disappointing experience with one of the reception staff, a Filipino uncle, who was quite unhelpful. When we called to follow up to the front desk and ask for assistance with reheating our food, he told us to handle it ourselves. Before that 15-20 minutes, we went to receptionist and were informed us that in-room dining could actually assist with this and they will help call them. Also check in process were quite slow but still understandable. Aside from that, the room was clean, housekeeping was very friendly, and I really appreciated receiving fresh fruit in my room every day. Thank you.

My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a great view and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the pool and spa area — truly a hidden oasis in the city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a great mix of Western and Asian options. The location is super convenient, just minutes away from the ferry terminal and close to many attractions. Whether you're in Macau for business or leisure, I highly recommend Artyzen Grand Lapa. It's a gem with character, great service, and everything you need for a memorable stay.

Artzen perfectly carry on the great legacy from the former running group of Mandarin Oriental, best in class facilities, gym room, swimming pool, kids playroom, many other recreational activities, which both my children enjoyed so much since toddlers and now being teenagers. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, always customers focused. The hotel rooms are clean and renovated recent years. The location are great, walking distance from the ferry pier and close to the tourist area. In general, we stay a lot of time in the hotel.

We stayed from sep 12-16 as a family with two kids (ages 5 and 2), and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is very convenient with a great location, making it easy for us to get around. One of the highlights was how the staff went above and beyond, especially when they helped us find a taxi to the airport during rush hour, which made a big difference for us. A special shoutout to all the Filipino staff!! they were incredibly accommodating, warm, and always ready to assist. Hello to Miss Myra(?) 😃 Everyone spoke English very well, which made communication smooth and hassle-free. We truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and their hospitality made our stay so much easier. 🧺The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our room was always cleaned well, and they were very generous with refills, especially with bottled water and fresh fruits. These thoughtful touches made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The facilities were fantastic🥰 the pool and jacuzzi were our kids’ favorites, and the spa was definitely a highlight for relaxation. We also appreciated that we only paid for two breakfasts while our kids enjoyed theirs for free, making the trip not only enjoyable but also affordable. Great great food!!! 🍲 Everything about our stay was perfect 🤩 from the service to the amenities. We had a truly wonderful family experience here and will definitely be coming back.
