Great Goa Monsoon Holiday!”
Grand Hyatt Goa is a perfect holiday resort, just half an hour from the airport with expansive rooms with brilliant ocean views, decks and large bathrooms. Large pools and lawns make hours just pass by without you realizing the same. The food at the dining room was brilliant with good non-veg options, a rarity these days, for both breakfast and dinner! And what made the stay memorable was the staff - Sonu, Niaz and Malik in housekeeping, Suraj by the poolside and the entire team at The Dining Roomwho took such good care of us! Will be back again for sure!

Been here for my wife's birthday, Hospitality and service was authentic. Staff is very friendly and we had lots of complimentary stuff as per birthday occasion. Spa is a must visit with there hot pool jacuzzi and good therapy!

Great stay as always. My third visit and the place doesn't let you down. There was a delay in getting the rooms we had booked and finally got it at 4.30pm but i guess such things happen. We were disappointed with the fact that a few guests were allowed to use the pool in a in their underwear instead of swimming costume and a lady was bathing in the pool fully clothed and we did bring it to the notice of the staff but they didn't really deal with the issue appropriately and just allowed them to remain in the pool. Apart from that everything else was great. Food is excellent as is the service. Hope to be back at the resort soon.

The staff was excellent. I ve only one issue with the property. Being vegetarian I prefer veg n non-veg counter separate in buffet. The counter was so close that It can be mixed up while taking from it.

Very good for what it is and what you pay”
Great place to spend 3 nights to unwind. What’s not great-beach is not classic sand and palms. It disappears at high tide. Lots of windowpane oyster shells and lapping waves otherwise. A bit away from anything else. Reasonable and helpful car service will get you to town or beaches. A sprawling, well designed and well maintained and supported resort. Strong food and drink. Great service all around.

The property is right by the beach, its a little far from all the clubs in North Goa but if you wish to not leave the property, this place is amazing. Would highly recommend the Bay view room.

View is nice from resort, outdoor area is vast, swimming pool is big. But amenities are under renovation. Kids activity centre is chargeable, all adventure activities are chargeable, no evening complementry tea, beach is not clean and accesibility is problem. Bathroom is very good compared to other similar resorts.

staff clearly OVERWOKRDED by management. long shifts, and then on top of it, they need to deal with indian GROUP bookings for weddings, etc.... who DEMAND the world of them; staff get verbally assaulted by these groups/herds of people who go there. the HYATT needs to stop this, just like other 5 star hotels in goa do. they have even ruined the rooms and interiors to the point where the hotel required an interior facelift. i was in two room - & each one had it's unique issues.

Took 45 min to check in. Wedding in the hotel, so all the staff was busy with it. No service for regular leisure travelers. Wait time for buggy was 30 min each time. Very poor responses!
