"The service here was amazing, with staff very pleased to help. Onset was clean and refreshing. However we booked non smoking room- only to find we were put on a smoking floor- which meant strong odor as soon as we entered floor and our room even more so. Staff were unable to relocate us, and being in a less busy area- alternative rooms was not possible. This was a small thing, but impacted our family’s stay greatly."
