The location is close to the port and losari. Everything is within walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, banks and minimarkets. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.

Super Hotel to start in Makassar”
We were guest for one night and enjoyed the European standard after a 26 hour arrival. We sleep a long time. The breakfast was great and for a European person like me a experience. Soup and rice tastes delicious. Our view from the room was great. The contrast from hotel atmosphere and street life was a little bit crazy but after a while it works out good. It’s quiet and in a view minutes walk you are at the promenade. Everywhere are a lot of waronks with great food.

Simply excellent - Exceed my expectations ”
I have been trying several 3 to 4 stars hotel in Makassar for various occasions and visit. Decided to give a try to Golden Tulip. I was not expecting too high because at first, when I asked for information on airport pick up service, staff who received my phone call never returned with needed information. Check in : superb Room : excellent, functional and most importantly for me , quality of mattresses are excellent and WIFI is excellent. Breakfast: Exceeded expectations in term of various food choices.

Previous Positive experience leads me to stay here again since last stay was 2019. The overall ambience of the room is nice and comfortable. The big tv is certainly a delight. Try getting a higher room because the cafe or nightclub sound can be heard from the 8th floor. Breakfast is satisfactory and the parking as well. Pleasant and friendly demeanor of all the staff make for an enjoyable brief trip

Located at city centre of Makassar, near to tourism att and culinary places. Clean room, helpfull staff. The problem is the music from the aisle quite noisy. Besides, they don’t have service lift so sometimes u step up inside the lift among those cleaning services with towel, napkin, etc in their hand. :))
