Excellent hotel with good location”
Everything was perfect with our stay. Each room was large, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Alice, was extremely helpful. Once you make your reservation, you can work with them to book your tours and activities. The Phare circus, Kulen elephant reserve, apopo bomb sniffing rat museum, and atv rides were highlights in addition to the temples. Restaurant was very good and daily breakfast was diverse. Schedule massages for the evening - the spa was clean and most rooms can fit couples. Walking distance to the markets and other restaurants. We will stay here again if we ever go back to Siem Reap.

Our stay at Golden Temple Residence was very good. Very good staff, soft spoken and always on their toes to support and guide. They upgraded my room without charging extra. Very clean room. Location of hotel is quite good and very close to old market and the happening area. Hotel arranged the car and tour guide for us. Perfect!. Angkor wat Tour guide Mr. Rittin was very good in explaining every details in minute. Overall our experience with Golden Residence was very good and would be happy to revisit in future.

A small gem of a hotel in Siem Reap, the golden temple residence has got everything you need and more for a comfortable stay! What makes this hotel so great is not just the attention to detail , it’s the amazing hospitality and service! Alice and the rest of the team were so accommodating. From decorating my room to surprise me for my birthday to going out of their way to organize tours and excursions for us , I highly recommend The Golden Temple Residence to anyone seeking luxury , stellar service and warm hospitality! Definitely coming back here if I visit Siem Reap again.

Superb service! ”
They did everything to ensure that we had the best stay in cambodia. They were fastidious and at the same time flexible. We cannot appreciate more of their airport, tuk tuk and restaurant arrangement, almost all staff greeting us by names even for our two toddlers, reception every time we came back to the hotel, babysitting service, quality and variety of food (we had lunch dinner almost everyday), and masks provision every time we went out. All staff spoke very good english and communication is not a problem at all. They genuinely adored kids. Their kindness and smiles have added so much personal touch to our trip which we will remember for a very long time.

Fantastic hotel”
Stayed here in April 2022. The tourism industry is trying to recover from covid and many things aren't open yet. The restaurant here was closed, but the pool was open and the staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to help us book an airport transfer and Angkor Wat tour. The room was also impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. It's also close to everything downtown. Would stay again.

This hotel looks fab and was super clean. Huge room - excellent value for money. All the staff were incredibly helpful. The pool with waterfalls was an amazing oasis from the heat of Siem Reap. Only negative - no coffee at breakfast except little packets of instant coffee , which seemed odd for a hotel this nice.

Lovely, quiet and convenient”
We received a warm greeting and had a beautiful room looking down at the pool. No street noice, but a zillion restaurants just out the door and a few blocks to Pub Street shopping and nightlife. Environmentally conscious hotel ( reusable metal straws, refillable glass water bottles to reduce waste). Airport pickup went smoothly. Set up car and tour guide via email before arrival. This small hotel is a class act!

While I was sad to loose the breakfast and had a hard time finding one, this was not the hotels fault and they did everything to make our stay nice. Large spacious rooms and walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants and what not.

Staff could not do enough to please. From the kitchen, reception to housekeeping and management, they went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The facilities and rooms were lovely and location was close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Golden Temple Residence “Golden”!”
Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to serve with a smile and a bow! Rooms are spacious and clean with good bed sizes. The hotel could use a little updating but is very good for the price. It is recently re-opening after an extended closing during the pandemic. So, not everything was perfect-no hot water for a day. But I suspect it will be running its services even better shortly.
