The staff members esp Rajendra , Ajit, Sumati , Kamlesh , Saif and staff member who guards the swimming pool during day (don’t remember the name ) make your stay very comfortable. The hospitality that every staff member provided is remarkable. If you are looking to stay in Goa stay here. You won’t regret it .

I just love the location of the Marriott, especially the swimming pool and the intensive menu.”
Again I would say location and service The pool and the foyer, just to sit and relax. Rooms are very spacious and we liked the fact that we could sit on a lounger outside our hotel room The wine menu was not wonderful and the prices for very mediocre wine was exorbitant. Property was good on the vank of Mondavi river and near to miramar Beach. Location of 17km from north goa and 20 km from south goa. Room service is very slow....breakfast was not upto the mark and as per reputation of marriott....rest all was good...having all amenities

Worst experience ever at a Marriott property ”
Was pretty shocked at the low level of service. Understand that we were there over a long weekend and the footfall was high but 5* hotels are expected to handle it professionally. Breakfast experience was terrible… they’d ask us when we want and then never show up… housekeeping was pathetic… a minimum wait time of 40-45 minutes for anything you request… towels, glasses etc. we always had to ask for toiletries AFTER the room was cleaned because they wouldn’t replenish. Same with in-room coffee cups etc… And check out experience was also utterly pathetic. So much confusion… absolutely and thoroughly unprofessional. Will never go back there and would ever recommend anyone to waste their money at this property.
