Best value excellent service”
Very big room with terrace. Nice design. Nice breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. We had overnight flight and staff managed to prepare us breakfast before flight. Also we loved the small flowers inside the room. They smell great. We had free breakfast and free one way transfer to airport included in our room price. So very very good value for the price we paid. Thank you hotel staff. Wish you all the best.

Nice quiet place to stay, couple and family, short or long stay”
This place is really quiet with beautiful flower garden and swimming pool, you can listen wave sound at night and beautiful star, far from road and busy market at sanur, convenience to park the car and motobike, or using grab to go sanur town or oder food, Ray and Bli also friendly and helping. Relaxing stay”
The room was huge! More like having your own apartment, really nice bathroom too with a bathtub and seperate shower. Located a 5-10 minute scooter ride to the main strip in Sanur with so many restaurants and shops. Grateful we didn’t stay on the main strip as it’s too busy and loud so it was nice to be out of it but close enough to go for food etc. Owner Ray and manager Jodi are really helpful, Jodi went out of his way to help us with a few things whilst there which we really appreciated. Only thing I could say is there’s not much walking distance from here and the breakfast wasn’t always great as the toast is fried not toasted and there wasn’t always fruit available. Overall would recommend this place for sure.

Ray, the owner, is amazing. He is originally from Hawaii so speaks perfect English. Communication was super easy and nice. The place looks Great (from room to smal swimming pool to area for breakfast). The breakfast (which in our case was included) is good too. Thanks Ray for a great stay!

Stayed at Giri Heights on 2 occasions. When first arriving to Bali and the night before departing Bali. I cannot express how great Ray and his team are. They made me feel so welcomed and assistance with everything during my Bali stay . As a solo traveler, They gave me their contact information in case of an emergency situation where I needed help and it was so reassuring! The rooms are big, beautiful and recently renovated. Perfect for recovering from long flights to Bali. There is a beach nearby but I didn't have a chance to check it out since I arrived and departed during the dark hours. Airport transfers are included and so helpful. Breakfast is included and so good! They assistance with helping arrange takeaway for lunch and dinner. Giri is the perfect little hideaway. Thank you Ray and your staff! I will be recommending it to everyone I meet who is headed to Bali!

Giri Heights is a fabulous accomidation! The rooms are so clean and spacious! It's tucked away and makes it the perfect peaceful getaway. Ray and his team go above and beyond to help! Amazing! Actually booked to stay next time I'm in the area!

Horrible”
Sitio muy sucio, muy muy sucio. Dejado, sin mantenimiento. El váter no funcionaba, lleno de manchas, óxido, goterones, sábanas con manchas, nevera inundada con líquido amarillo, poca iluminación. Sitio desastroso. Las botellas de agua que dejan en la habitación ya habían sido usadas y rellenadas. Nada que ver entre las fotos y la realidad. Fotos más que retocadas. No volvería y no lo recomiendo.

Séjours de 3 nuits hôtel excentré ”
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hôtel, la chambre et très grande et équipée d’un frigo et d’un dressing ansi que d’un grand lit. Le personnel est sympa ils vont vous chercher à manger en scooter quand vous leur demandés , vu Qu’il n’y a pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel, et il est assez loin du centre, et il est proche d’une voie rapide et il faut beaucoup marcher si vous n’avez pas de scooter. La piscine est verte donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Et juste l’eau de la douche et du lavabo ne s’écoule pas correctement. Sinon les chambres sont bien ( a vrais doré nous avons fait trois jours de repos) j’allais oublier la plage qui est proche à pied mais qui est très très sale et il y a beaucoup de vague donc on ne peut pas se baigner ...

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette jolie Guest house a Sanur où nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire et le personnel (vraiment adorables toujours à nos petits soins). Grande chambre propre, salle de bain avec bain et douche, jolie piscine dans un environnement calme. Nous recommandons !

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ”
Wir wurden herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Auf den ersten Blick eine wirklich nette Anlage, Aussenbereich relativ gepflegt, Pool im Grünen, grosszügige Gartenanlage, Zimmer sehr grosszügig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer zu wünschen übrig und es scheint als ob kaum etwas gereinigt wurde. Schmutziges Bad, schmuddelige Wäsche, sehr staubig,... Jede Nacht ab 23 Uhr hatten wir einen kompletten Wasserausfall (inkl. Klospühlung) was nach einem ganzen Tag auf Achsen nicht sehr angenehm war (wären gerne vorgängig darüber informiert respektive vorgewarnt worden, eingeseift und ohne Wasser in der Dusche zu stehen macht nicht so viel Spass). Das Frühstück beinhaltete einen guten Kaffee, die Eierspeisen wie auch das Nasigoreng waren ebenfalls ok. Leider gab es weder Früchte noch sonst was ausser trockenem Tost. Das Giri‘s liegt ca. 7 Kilometer von Sanur Zentrum entfernt und daher ist ein Taxi oder ein Roller unumgänglich. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und vorausbezahlt und sind daher geblieben, ansonsten hätten wir vermutlich eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Leider können wir die super Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und fragen uns welchen Ursprung sie haben?!? Wir sind sehr einfach unterwegs, klar CHF 20 pro Nacht ist nicht die Welt aber sauber darf es dennoch sein. Wir hoffen mit unserer Rückmeldung eine Anregung zur Verbesserung zu geben.

Heerlijk uitgerust zonder lawaai van het verkeer, GROTE kamer en doucheruimte . Locatie is hoger gelegen dan het zeeniveau. Mocht u een taxi nodig hebben Ray en of Jody regelen het voor u ,en zoeken de goedkoopste. Personeel is bescheiden en correct, u kunt altijd alles aan hen vragen en wordt direct op uw wenken bediend. Amazing place, delightfully quiet, beautiful, peaceful & the sweetest staff & owner”
It’s the perfect place if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist area’s. Close to the airport & Sanur. Tasteful, beautiful place & very kind & helpfull staf & owner that go out of their way to give you a nice stay. When I had a sunburn owner Ray specially got Aloë Vera for me. Very attentive. For digital nomads: Wifi connection is good. As it is a bit outside Sanur food places are not really within walking distance. For €3,- you can take a cab to Sanur or you can order food (or massage:) in by Go-jek:-)

Нам всё очень понравилось , большая просторная комната , ванна с горячей водой гель для душа, небольшая кухня с тарелками и кружками , холодильником и эл. кастрюлькой, спокойное место для расслабляющего отдыха у бассейна, в шаговой доступности набережная с чёрным песком,купаться тут нельзя, но гулять и встретить рассвет можно,большое спасибо персоналу отеля всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом,thank you very much Ray ,Jury,Putu , James 🙏
