Cheap and Clean Guest House”

This guest house is in perfect location for my stay since it's near my relative house. Located in a housing complex. The guest house seems like a rented room for student "kos-kosan". But..the bathroom and bed is clean and quite comfy, fittings are pretty basic. A real good value. The room is also have a good space.

Great.. the room is simple but nice and clean. The location is in resident area, very quiet surroundings. Located in East Surabaya.

I realy enjoy stay here, with minim budget I can enjoy the comfy room with TV and toilet inside + fast Wifi, i'lll be back soon to expand my business.

it's not hotel”

It's not like nesessary guest house,bath room very small,the width only 60 cm, location far for walk,no transportion,the floor very dirty, It's not guest house,just rent room.

Just for sleep”

Comfortable enough, but just for sleep and short stay. Breakfast usually just fried rice and hot tea. They deliver to our room every morning.

Air conditioning takes very long time to cool down the room temperature. But overall is good.

not really good place for staying in long time. no wifi access @2nd floor. breakfast only fried rice/bread + hot tea. there is no soap / no table inside the room :(. also they open 24 hours. accepted creditcard on site.

it was horrible. cockroaches were wandering in the toilet, the room is smelly. need major reconstruction. i stayed for 1 night and the next day i changed my stay to another hotel. i will not stay in the hotel anymore in the future !!

Galaxy Guest House”

Anfahrt vom Flughafen CA 45 Minuten. Nicht einmal der Taxifahrer kennt diese Adresse und auch nach dreimaligen Stop in Nachfrage war es schwierig das Gästehaus zu finden. Die Zimmer verfügen über kein Fenster. Es gibt lediglich eine halbwegs funktionierende Klimaanlage. Zimmer und Bettwäsche, sowie Handbücher sind verschmutzt. Im Zimmer ist ein unerträglicher Gestank. Man ist froh das Gästehaus so schnell als möglich verlassen zu können. Frühstück, sofern man das als solches bezeichnen kann besteht aus süßem Tee, einer Schale Reis mit Knoblauch und Krabbenchips. Leider gibt es zu diesem "Hotel" nicht ein einziges positives Feedback.

Tenang, teledor, nyaman”

Tempat tenang, tidak terlalu ramai. Fasilitas sarapan sempat teledor. Cukup nyaman bersama pasangan.

Saya tidak merekomendasikan , Buat saya cukup 1x saja menginap di hotel ini , hotel ini akan menjadi pilahan terakhir bila SEMUA hotel di Surabaya sudah penuh.

Galaxi Guest House Pengalaman Buruk Menginap”

Lokasi tercantum di google map namun tidak tepat, menjadikan berkeliling lama untuk menemukan. Penginapan tidak memasang papan nama ????? Foto di fasilitas kamar membuat salah persepsi (Kamar eksekutif terlihat seperti memiliki single bed dan satu bed jenis twin namun kenyataannya jenis twin bed) Kamar eksekutif tidak punya meja hanya kursi kecil???? (saat ditanyakan ke penjaga bisakah mencarikan meja? Dijawab langsung TIDAK ADA) Air di Kamar Mandi tidak terasa panas sama sekali (mati?????) AC tidak terasa dingin Sarapan pagi indomie goreng yang tidak terasa matang!!!!!!! Petugas tidak ramah (saya mencoba tanya bisakah kita masuk sebelum jam 12, langsung dijawab dengan ketus TIDAK BISA, JAM 12!) BENAR BENAR PENGALAMAN BURUK MENCOBA HEMAT MALAH TERSIKSA
