"Rooms are bigger than most hotel that are more expensive,location is fantastic and staff are so lovely. I had my wisdom teeth removed while I was in Yogya and I was having breakfast,the staff saw me struggling to eat what's on their menu that morning and they offered to make me porridge,I told them not to worry because I felt bad but they did it anyway. I thought that was very lovely. It's definitely the only hotel I will stay in Yogyakarta. "

"Very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ask them to direct you to the restaurant across the street, serving excellent Indonesian dishes. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of delicious food choices served at the breakfast buffet. Walking distance to night market, post office and a good massage spa (also recommended by hotel staff). If you are going to stay in Yogyakarta city, this is the best choice."

"We booked four rooms during our trip to Yogyakarta. The staffs are amazing, they do their best to meet our needs. We requested for connecting rooms and they fulfil our request. We love the pools and also the outdoor garden. The only improvement for them is to clean the room carpet as stains are visible. We had wedang ronde (ginger drink) at night and the peanut we had were stale and they have no kolang kaling / palm fruit / atap seed. We didnt have breakfast there so I can't comment on that. The hotel is located within walking distance from malioboro street, but far enough so we were not stuck in traffic. Nearby the hotel, there is a gudeg place that is nice and cheap. We love our stays there and will come back again when we go to Yogyakarta"

"I was on official duty trip to attend a training agenda at the 101 Tugu Hotel Yogyakarta during October 8 - 10, 2018. I get my wife to join me on that special occasion, we both arrive on October 7 (Sunday) and enjoying staying in Yogyakarta. During Oct. 8 - 10 , every 8 AM - 4.30 PM was my time to attend the course (training) after that time, my wife and I went sightseeing around Yogyakarta and enjoy the moments, enjoy the food experience, very exciting .. .. "This is the first time I booked this hotel. And I really enjoy this Hotel. They really gives best expereience to their guest. From check in to check out. The room not too spacious but comforable. Their hospitality also the best among athers. Their also serve good breakfast.. Range from western to Indonesian food. Defenitely coming back"

"We went to Jogja on 7 consisted of 3 adults and 4 young kids. The location of this hotel is superb. Right in the center of the hippy location of Yogyakarta; Malioboro. When you like this kind of ambiance, this hotel is located perfectly with all the stuff that you need. Name them; bunches of restaurants that offer traditional and international cuisines, shopping mall, traditional markets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, batik stores, etc, etc ,etc. The neighborhood seems alive for 24 hours. However, you need to consider the traffic jam in this area, especially during Friday and weekend. The hotel is still brand new as one of the reasons that they still have limited facilities so far. But overall, the current facilities like the room, lobby, laundry, restaurant, and parking are great. The staff are very welcome and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean and the food is tasty. We fully recommend this place for you to stay when visiting Yogyakarta. "

And accross the hotel we could find many traditional food, souvenir and clothes shop, so it easy us to buy something for us and our relative.
