Perfect stay in Bahrain”
Four Seasons was the perfect choice for a week stay in Bahrain. The fact it is on private island with all the in-house facilities for sports, dining, beach, pools, water sport, etc. made it almost unnecessary to go out, except of several must-see points of Bahrain (and there are not so many there...). The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is very pleasant - one of our best relaxation vacations. Thanks!

Anniversary dissappointment”
We decided to come to the four seasons bahrain for our 5th Anniversary since we had a great experience the last time we came. But i was very disappointed that even though i had put in my booking notes that we were coming for our anniversary, no one in management bothered to even leave a thoughtful note or a complimentary dessert. Which is not like other Four seasons branches, we have stayed with them in Japan, Thailand, the USA and so many other countries and always received something thoughtful if we happened to be visiting during a special occasion. This time was definitely a let down, maybe the bahrain branch is one we will tick off our list for any future visits.

Four seasons Bahrain is the 8th four seasons that I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. All there hotels are so different from one another, they have from London to Vegas to the Maldives and yet they always deliver excellent accomodation and fantastic service. Great everything, location you go to the avenues mall by boat you pay 1 BD very nice place and if you need to use your car to get to the mall it takes about 3 minutes. Staff is a different story, let me put it this way, other great and professional hotels treat you right and the make sure you are happy but you can easily tell they are doing it because its a policy and its work (in which case is fine, really!). At Four seasons, they do it and you dont feel that it is because its their job, it feels as if though they love you and want you to be happy! the receptionists and Ms. Moreen at the coffee shop..oh! great professional staff.. The massage is out of this world, only problem with Four-seasons is that its expensive. I noticed only one thing that i can say Ritz-Carlton may be winning this point, which is, when i stayed at there, i did not have to order food, lol... really, from the moment i walked in they shower you with welcoming gifts, meals, sandwiches, cakes, tea and snacks!

Overpriced and slow service”
As a frequent business traveler there is a need for rapid timely service, which is not the case at this hotel. The speed of customer service for Breakfast is appalling, compared with many other Hotels that I have stayed in as a global business traveller. Staff seemed complacent and disinterested in providing service. The quality and accuracy of service delivery could be improved. Someone else's coffee was served. SJ
