hotel great, beware third party contractor with Agoda”
The hotel and staff were great, professional and accommodating. Agoda was a nightmare. I called to confirm my reservation with the hotel the day before I left and it did not have my reservation. They informed me that Agoda had sold out of rooms and they went to a third party to secure the room. I called Agoda six times in 24 hours, before and after leaving on the plane. I arrived at the hotel and they still had not confirmed the reservation at the hotel. I had a confirmation and receipt from Agoda for the room but the third party never called and confirmed and got a confirmation number with the hotel. I arrived at the hotel and did not have a room. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with a room at a better price than Agoda. Agoda did contact me, refunded the room price and gave me a voucher to be used for future travel. The lack of response from the third party and to arrive at a hotel thinking I had the reservation was not worth dealing with Agoda. I had used Agoda several times in the past without issues but not again. Beware of third party contractors that Agoda uses if their quota of rooms is used up. No worth the hassle, time and phone calls.

Staff and Location”
Fabulous Staff. Friendly and accommodating. I was in Vegas as the 2nd part to my 60th birthday celebration. Here is how it went: 1. Arrived early for my check in. Because of other reviews I had read, I knew to ask if there would be a fee if I checked in early. The manager, Mary, was forthcoming with what my options were about checking in early or waiting. I appreciated that. 2. My first night I was so exhausted, me facing Fremont Street didn't matter with all of the celebration noise. However, I knew once I was rested up, the noise would be an issue. However, before I decided to get to bed, I went back to the front desk and asked it there was anyway I could be moved. Again, I the manager, Mary, was very accommodating and said that I could be moved the next day. 3. Regarding the onsite eateries, Magnolia and Chicago Brewery. I can only assume that the food at Magnolia was good because every time I passed them the line was longer than my stomach would allow me to wait. Very glad that there was an option, Chicago Brewery. I highly recommend the Caesar and the Raspberry salad's with the grilled salmon. 4. The location of the 4 Queens was great. It's located in Old Vegas as it was said to me. Moving between the hotels and casinos was like walking outside to your next door neighbors house. 5. The price was fantastic. I found the 4 Queens on the Agoda website and was very pleased. 6. I stayed in the north tower. The rooms are somewhat dated but they were clean and pretty big, at least big enough for me. I do wish that they had a frig but there was a working ice machine at the end of the hall. All and all, I had a very relaxing time at the 4 Queens and I highly recommend the property. And one last thing, there was no Resort Fee that I found other properties charged.

Value for money?”
Vegas has got expensive, especially for UK travellers. Inflation in both countries combined with a poor exchange rate means your money doesn’t go as for as it used to… except at the 4 Queens. Cheaper than a Premier Inn in the UK, you get to stay right in the heart of the action on Fremont Street, Las Vegas! I stayed in a South Tower room which was spacious, functional, a little tired, but clean! Everything worked as it should and having a big fridge is a great bonus. Currently, room cleaning service is only provided when asked for, but you can pick up extra supplies of anything at the front desk or have them delivered to your room. All the staff I dealt with were great. A special mention to Arturo and Oscar at the King’s Bar… these guys were responsible for more than a few sore heads after a session. Magnolia’s Cafe is decent for a very reasonable price, therefore there’s often a queue. The Chicago Brewing Company bar is a hidden gem and well worth a visit for pizza and home-brewed beer. There was only one downside to my visit involving an incident at the bar that I wish they staff had dealt with better. Finally, yes there is noise audible in the rooms until 2am from the live music on the street. There are many reviews pointing this out and even some basic research should prepare you for this. Bring earplugs… or stay out late… it’s Vegas! This was not my first stay here, and certainly won’t be my last! Great hotel, great location!

Best Value for Money Accommodation”
There is a disadvantage that it takes about 40 minutes by bus to get to the Strip, but other than that, I was satisfied. The room condition was very good, and although it was originally a room with one king-size bed, they changed it to two queen-size beds as requested. The staff were also very friendly, and we paid about 430,000 won for 3 nights through a discount, which was unbelievable considering the price. The room was also in such good condition that it was hard to believe, and it was the best location to visit the old town of Las Vegas. We stayed on the 8th floor, so when we closed the windows, there was no noise. However, it was a bit disappointing that even though we put a sign requesting cleaning outside the door, they did not clean the room and we did not receive towel replacement.

Oldie but goodie”
This is an old casino/hotel. The check-in & out is quick & easy. My room was clean & ready when I arrived. There is a fridge & coffee in the room. Always good water pressure & plenty of hot water. The shower also has a massager. I like the south tower because there isn't any noise from Fremont street shows. Its not real fancy, but I love it. And, NO resort fees!!

Location location location! ”
To be honest, I liked the downtown area more than the strip and for that the location of this place was just amazing! Very friendly staff. Got amazing deal. And free parking. They waived the $5/day fee without me even asking for it. And of course, no resort fee is a huge plus as well! Definitely will stay again!

the best in Vegas”
The South Tower Suites run at a premium but are absolutely worth it for quietness cleanliness and modern accommodations. These would be the royal, Regal and premium Suites. If you're up all night gaming you need a very quiet blacked out room during the day to sleep the south tower absolutely provides this. It has blacked out curtains and extreme quietness.

Happy Traveler”
Booked with AGoda based on value and reviews. Booked ahead of time for best rates, check in was easy, no upgrades available, hotel and casino conveniently located in the heart of Fremont Street, great staff, helpful and welcoming. Free safe covered parking with validation by the front desk. Room clean and spacious, fridge provided, hot water, comfortable beds. We booked a room in the South Towers to forgo the street noise and it was still noticeable but we slept fine. Our room was overlooking a section of roof with no view, but you arent in the room much. Elevators get crowded at check out time, so plan around that. Signed up for players club and got $5 comp play with rewards within 24 hours. I was given a 2/1 voucher for dinner at Magnolia's Restaurant as it was my birthday. Older hotel but great value and we will recommend to others and stay again.

Great for family get together”
We loved the view from our room. We could see the stage on Freemont! Yes it was a little noisy but we sleep with noise every night so it wasn't bad. It added to the fun for the family. We felt safe. The staff at the front desk were amazing. Thank you Gina and Justin for all of your help.

Other reviews had me worried ”
I chose this place for price and location. Other reviews scared me, thinking it would be dirty, old, smell of smoke, and too loud. It was a blast! I asked for a king but got 2 queens, it was fine. I got a south tower room for the mini fridge and it’s a little farther from Fremont st. Our room was right at the stage. It was loud but fun, and we were able to sleep. Water was hot, it was clean. No resort fee! Free parking when you join players club.

Best stay for the money”
The only issue I had was with magnolia's restaurant last Wednesday the hostess was rude the bus lady that serve the water and ice tea was rude and I've eaten prime rib all over this town mine was tough but the au jus sauce was excellent and I really think I was looked down upon because I had my work clothes from being a stage and on shows out here the waiter was so so okay took a long time to get my dinner

Four Queens ”
Highly recommended — rooms are very clean, bathroom small but perfect for a solo traveler. Love the variety of slot machine’s & friendliness of entire staff. Was a bit disappointed to find that Magnolia Restaurant isn’t opened 24 hrs anymore but if you plan on dining during normal breakfast to dinner hours then it shouldn’t be a problem . I definitely would return to the Four Queens again without any hesitation!
