Four Points provides best facilities (clean & comfy bedrooms, clean & beautiful infinite pool, awesome breakfast menus, gym , etc.) and excellent service of the staffs. It also takes good attention of healthy protocoler. So, in my opinion, Manado City is an awesome place for travelling, and Four Points makes my holiday perfect. Thank you, staffs of Four Points. It is a great trip in Manado, with living in Four Points. Everyone working here are very nice, and warm-hearted. It is very safe and enjoyable to stay at this hotel, the breakfast is very good with lots of food. Don't miss the swimming pool view during the sunset, which is extremely beautiful you cannot forget. We will choose here again if we go to Manado again. We love here.

Perfect location ”
Great staff. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and nice size bedroom. Any one staying here will have a great stay. The 2 Restaurants in the hotel are the only failure. But a 2 minute walk through a undercover car park guests can enjoy the many eateries in the Manado Town Square mall. Great selection of food. This is great for hotel guests but not for hotel management. To keep guests eating inside the hotel management needs to look at pricing and quality of food and service offered. But this wont affect the guests as the mall has great options for eating. This is a great choice hotel when staying in Manado.

Great Location & Great Sea View”
We booked a sea view suite and it was worth every rupiah. The view is majestic and mesmerising especially during sunset. Location is good because the hotel located in the same building as Manado Town Square (the It Mall in Manado), so it’s easy to get some food or to hang out in walking distance. Room was great, keep up maintaining the cleanliness! Breakfast view also great, the infinity pool facing Manado Bay is priceless. Has a great stay.

Best Hotel in Manado”
I think this hotel deserves to be called as the best one available within Manado town. Great view, especially the swimming pool has a stunning view towards Bunaken, great location with access to a large shopping mall. Room was clean also with good view. Request for the sea view room. Food was Ok. The only thing as the downside was the speed of service was rather slow, but perhaps that was the "local standard", hence we perhaps should lower our expectations on this issue.

Best place to stay in Manado”
I booked 3 rooms for us to stay (family holiday) for 3 nights. The staffs were friendly, easy going and professional. They greeted us with smile and very accommodating when we checked in. I would like to thank those who helped us settling in: Rowdy, Atika, Karen, Chandra, Feb and those who are in charge of breakfast. Thanks so much. The place is highly recommended if you travel to Manado, convenience and with good facilities. The Wi-Fi was fast. The pool was nice but a bit cold in the morning. The only feedback we have for improvement are the control of the Gym (kids seems to be allowed to play in the gym full of machines and dumbbells) and to have a better management of breakfast during the busy period. Once again, many thanks to Atika, Rowdy and Karen for their help and friendliness during our stay.

THE BEST HOTEL IN MANADO”
This is a great hotel, really close to the Mall. I would suggest if you travel around holiday season (Xmas or public holiday) to be wary as the traffic was horrendous from the airport to the hotel. It took two hours because all traffic was headed for the Mall (underneath the hotel). I only stayed one night be the view and pool look great and it's supposed to be the best place to stay in Manado

Very happening venue right in the shopping mall”
The hotel is right next to Manado Town Square, so it is very convenient for travelers whose continuously looking for something to eat. When we arrived and checked in at around 4pm our suite is not ready yet, so we were upgraded to a bigger suite, which made us very happy indeed. Thank you for a really helpful front desk staff Norman. Our suite is very comfortable, with very nice view. However we noticed that the carpet has not been cleaned. There were white spots here and there, and were still there the day after. Breakfast is great, with a lot of choices available, although there is no yogurt selection available. Be aware that breakfast time gets so packed with guests during the weekend, that you will need to wait for available table. Apparently breakfast area outside can be reached directly from the mall's parking lot, and there were also building construction still going on, which made this area noisy and not child friendly. Overall our stay was great, and look forward to come back.

Good location”
Hotel location is good; connected to Manado Town Centre. Manado traffic is bad in city area. Hotel should consider adding family-oriented facilities for guests with young children.

Not the worst hotel”
My second stay at this hotel. First stay was perfect. 2 nd stay for 10 days completely different story. Staff are all excellent and always keen to help. This stay started with booking the dearer sea view room but was given a city view. Every morning we would have breakfast at 6.30am. Breakfast opened at 6am. Although the restaurant has the latest food heater none of these were turned on. Every day the breakfast was cool. Not pleasent to eat. On my second last day there they turned the heaters on. The hot water in the bathroom stopped working. For 1 night and 1 morning the shower was cold water only. They fixed the water the following day but only to a like warm temp. This is classed as a 4 star hotel. On my second visit I would strongly disagree. The adjoining mall is this hotels best selling point. The staff are great the rooms are clean and its joined to the Many is mall. These are the best points.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in South-East Asia so far,and believe me I travel a lot!From the moment we checked-in(thank you Marshall,for your excellent welcoming and quiet room you provided me),till the moment we checked-out,everything was more than we could even dream!The hotel is very clean,new,situated in an excellent location,the rooms have great views over the sea.The breakfast is amazing,with one of the greatest coffee choices you may have in the whole region(cappuccino,cafe late,etc) and without any extra charges most of the 3-5 stars hotels use to do.The staff is very polite,attentive and helpful at all levels.I need to print-out some documents for my company and when I asked Rowdy(the duty manager) where can I get a copy shop near-by he offered immediately to do this for me at no cost!Thanks a lot,again!I am looking forward to stay with you again!
