“Heartwarming experience at Four Points By Sheraton Seminyak”
We are truly grateful and blessed that we are able to be served by Daiva, Sagung, Bagus, Angga, Mr Urip, Andre, the house keeping team and the remaining staffs that helped us along the way with our queruies and needs!:) Daiva was very warm, friendly, patient and understanding throughout our whole stay at the hotel. He ensured the whole check-in process and admin was smooth and fast. He also understood the size of the room and bed well and recommended us to upgrade from a deluxe room (2 twin bed) to junior suite (kind size bed) so that my parents and i can rest and relax comfortably while having sufficient space for us to place our things and pack in the room throughout the 8d7n trip in bali. We tried staying in the deluxe room for 1 night but it was too small for us, therefore, we decided to upgrade to the junior suite. Daiva also liased with Sagung so that we are able to choose which junior suite room view we prefer before we take the room (based on availability on the day itself). Sagung also arranged the house-keeping team to help us with our baggage from our deluxe room to the junior suite room which was a very nice gesture and shows that she is a forward thinker:) Daiva also went above and beyond to even update us and check-in with us throughout the trip through whatsapp and even helped us to make a massage booking at the hotel spa for the evening time as went to nusa penida for a day trip and couldnt make a booking for the massage at the hotel spa in time. It was a very personal and memorable lovely experience to be able to be served by Daiva and the company is blessed to have such an excellent staff and i hope he don't go un-notice and he definitely deserves a promotion for his value and character which was able to create such an excellent experience for us during our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak. Sagung was also very warm, friendly, patient and understanding and shes a very fast and hard worker as she does her best to help us with the viewing and upgrading of the room and puts on a smile despite not feeling well. This shows that she puts her heart and soul in her work and wants to do her best which defintiely deserves a promotion from the company as well as i believe she definitely can lead a team well given her strong perseverance and teamwork. Bagus and Angga did and excellent job with our room housekeeping and ensured things are neatly in placed and in order and ensure we have new towels and refilled water everyday. We also love the handwritten notes and the different animals made using the towel which were very cute!:) Thank you for keeping our room clean😊 Mr Urip assisted us with our baggage when we check-in and left the hotel. Andre assisted us with the checkout process and our baggage when we left the hotel. Both of them were very friendly and prompt in their work and we really appreciate the help! The housekeeping team were very patient and tries their best to understand our queries and fulfill our requests as much as they can and are always fast in their service and we really appreciate their service as it made our stay at the hotel even better They made the whole experience very comfortable and warming for us, truly like home🫶❤ able to rest fully and enjoy the bali trip because of the whole team!😊 everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful! Would definitely look forward to coming back here again as the service is superb!:) One improvement for the hotel would definitely be it needs a proper renovation as its very obvious 1) Rooms are old 2) Some of the furniture are not working that well anymore such as the cupboards have very loud creaking sound, fridge not cold which cause my fresh milk to spoil within a few days and the wood in the room are cracking 3) The flooring inside the bathroom near the shower area is not leveled, causing water to come out after showering which causes the whole area to be wet and slippery, making it a hazard for guests 4) Can tell the towels are too w
