His unit was spacious can fit up to 10pax and that is only it. Pictured unit here was not the one assigned to us. I was told to msg Jenn (unit owner partner?) for check in details as he's abroad. We were given basic rules to follow, getting the key was a bit challenging as you need to get it yourself from the basement. Upon entering it's not squeaky clean. we found previous guest garbage in the kitchen cabinet. luckily the odor from it was not secreting. TV was challenging too, you have to set up "Chromecast" and was not told about it prior to our stay. Prior to our stay i asked her for pool details and if it can be used on Sat? I was told that i just need to go to admin and pay P200/head. Here comes Sat after lining up in the building admin to pay, It was embarrassing to be told that "mam aware ba kayo na hndi pwede ang guest ng Fri Sat Sun Mon & Holidays?". It was a degrading feeling as there were other people too. We won't attempt and embarrassed ourselves if we were told the right thing. So to our dismay we checked out early. Lastly, Jenn texted to remind 12nn check out and to text someone (maybe her cleaner?) but her rules prior to our stay says 11am check out and just leave the door closed but unlocked only nothing further so evidently she's not consistent at all.

The original property we booked was not available ( we booked a day prior our group staycation) however, Antonio went out of his way to offer us his other property. Really appreciate his effort and prompt responses so Our team was able to pushed through with our group bonding. His place has everything. :)
