Pleasant stay”
Fiesta Henderson is a huge casino complex off US93 just outside Las Vegas. Many places to eat inside (Subway, Starbucks, a burger store and Italian restaurant) and even a cinema inside. Casino is a bit dated but good for a few hours to pass some time. Free parking but be careful with the WiFi - we were charged $13 on check out when it should have been included - just make sure this is mentioned to them at check in.

Winter Stay”
A very pleasant place to stay. The hotel is at the intersection of I-215 and I-515 so has great access to all of Las Vegas. It also has good access to Laughlin, NV via US-95 and Boulder City via US-93. Food is good at a reasonable price. Gaming is great, staff is friendly.

I Shouldn't Complain For The Rate I Got, But...”
Fiesta Henderson boasts on their website a year round swimming pool. Believe it or not, that is not an easy thing to find in Las Vegas. Many resorts only keep their pools open from May - September. When I got there the pool was closed for maintenance. I realize that maintenance has to happen. Things need to be fixed. Pools need to be upgraded and resurfaced. But why couldn't they update that on their website and let people know that the pool will be closed on certain dates? And why couldn't this be done off season when most people don't swim, like in January and February. Its not like the desert got a lot of rain this winter. Plenty of opportunities to do it then.. It was 90 degrees when I got there. I really need the pool for my back problems, especially after the drive. Also wasn't real thrilled how the front desk clerk handled my disappointment about the pool either. Room wasn't clean. Found a smashed up granola bar on the shelf in the closet (thankfully still in wrapper). Took a picture of it. Found little shards of paper in the bathroom. Easy to spot. If the cleaning crew missed these very obvious things, what else are they missing? No breakfast buffet. Stuck with the fare at the over priced and glacially slow Grand Cafe. Also heads up, they are renovating rooms as I write this. Meaning that their prices are going to be jacked up soon to cover renovation costs. I won't even consider this hotel again.

Pool and jacuzzi are outdoor but were open for use. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The dealers were all friendly and smiling. They seemed to enjoy working there. Casino offers a $3 blackjack table. I will definitely stay and gamble here on my next road trip through Vegas!

Nickel and dime”
We felt like we were being nickel and dimed and the Fiesta. If you wanted a fridge/microwave in your room that was extra, there was no coffee maker, and even WiFi was EXTRA. No breakfast and when we ate in the cafe everything on my plate was cold. We had the dinner buffet and it was separated behind a huge bunch of hanging plastic so we weren't even aware we were missing half the offerings until I asked, do you have a salad part at this buffet? We were told to walk around the room to find it. It was a long walk. Also seemed kind of off that there were only two elevators, side by side, for a ten story hotel. A lot of waiting and full elevators. Our room's doorway had carpet strings coming up from improper carpet laying in the hall.

Shower head sucked, being up on the very top 10th floor certainly was nice and quiet, the water pressure was nice and strong but maybe too strong as far as the showerhead was concerned, you couldn't quite adjust it to a nice fine gentle shower spray. And for the $expensive-price$, why couldn't they provide a mini-refrigerator for FREE instead of wanting $10/per more!? Respectfully yours, Carl

As I said before, my schedule required me to have a microwave. I go to work at 4:00 in the morning therefore, I would have liked to have made some food. This is one of the reasons why I moved out. The other reason is I need a fridge And it was an extra $15 A-day for a fridge. It was very nice due to the amount of time I was staying there, they waved that fee me. Over all, a very good price when you go downstairs to get the players card. You get discount on food and items.

this was a nice hotel , the resort fee , was a serious problem , should not be charged this fee , you stay there for the rate , after you add on the r fee it is not a great deal for people stay here for price and specially if your not using the r fee benfits. this would affect me staying there , I lost a the cosino over $1000.00 in 5 days and that does not upset me at all, because I know its gamble , the resort fee does upset me, also the for the most part do not using the membership card, I do not like people to track my betting by my choice , the only one I want to know that is me!

Both nights were extremely loud. My neighbors next door had a party in the room and were drunk. Not a great hotel to get a good night's sleep. What surprised me was that it was a Monday and Tuesday night. The room was inexpensive. I did like the food at the buffet.

if you booked this hotel because there is chap...that is wrong because..you must pay resort fee (10dollar per day)and if you can use upgrade wifi also pay(almost 10dollar per person)(this is inform to you check out so you must pay that and you must angry) then...fiesta hotel is really cheap? so if you booking there because cheap?this is true?i don't think about it Believe me!!!never don't go there but...staff and food is good and property rate It's merit is all at last...if you go to from hotel to airport by taxi...you must pay 30dollars more please you don't make wrong memory just booking in down town Look hotel management!!! Parking of no where.”
I checked in without any problems. But they did not tell me where I can park or where to unload my luggage. There were no luggage cart to be found anywhere. The checking-in reservation desk is surrounded by slot machines, so it was filled with ding, ding, ding noise. They did direct me to the separate elevator to the rooms. But I had to park my car in the multi-level parking lot to unload my luggage then carried everything without any of the luggage cart. So my kid had to mount up with two back packs on his back and his chest, while I carry all the other stuff. From the parking lot, we went back down to the casino, because there were no elevator of entrance into the hotel room from the parking lot, we walked across the casino for about 200-300 yards to a separate elevator to the rooms. Stayed for two nights, they also charged me another $20 dollars "fee" per night. Really? As if paying over $100 a night was not enough?
