Staying for 5 days, the location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The parking access is narrow, didn't try the pool, a teapot and coffee are available, but there is a dispenser on each floor. What I really didn't like is that there is no tag usually found on the door to indicate if the room needs to be cleaned or not, so every morning, the staff knocks on the door, and if no one is there, they automatically clean it. If someone is still sleeping, be prepared to be knocked on every morning, it would be better to use a tag on the door so that guests don't feel disturbed in the morning, especially those with small children. Besides that, all is great and I will be back.

First room requested quiet- very noisy rattling AC pump impossible to block out even with earplugs. Moved to a quieter room, the safe was completely non functional (replaced in an hour). One elevator has been out the whole stay. Lack of bleach in cleaning bathrooms, as per most budget hotels in SE Asia, a bit whiffy. Otherwise quite tidy, good bed, working AC, reasonably hot water, good security 24/7 with CCTV.
Good Air-conditioning, super comfy bed, great showers, only 1 working lift and walk-up stair case. A value for money hotel stay for 2 @ under *** a Night. Check-in time strictly at 2pm onwards only. Great security, hard-working staff, underpaid salaries. Highly recomend to reward hard-working staff who go beyond the call of duty for you as a guest at Primera Hotel @ Jalan Champlung Tanduk - Bali.

Yesterday, on July 13, 2025, I stayed at this hotel. At that time, I got room number 605 on the 6th floor. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, it was quite clean. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and I requested a room with a view of the back garden. However, what was a bit surprising was that I got a room with a connecting door to the next room. There was also someone occupying the room next door. But overall, my stay was fairly comfortable and safe at this hotel.
