    The room is so noisy so I could hear all voices from the next room clearly. The room is dark without an air or window. The water from shower splased everywhere and there was no amenities ih the bathroom. The mineral water wasn’t free. The tv remote was broken. There was only 1 tissue in toilet only. But the location is near from everwhere about 3-5 minutes walking to the nearest mall, lot of food around there.

    Location is great - a good stay for a night”

    The location is right at the heart of Surabaya. The hotel provides water refilling which is great to reduce plastic bottles. The room is rather small. The shower room is nice with a big mirror. The WiFi is quite slow
