What we love about favehotel Cilacap were: - Room was clean and spacious with high ceiling and natural light! - Bed firmness was perfect for someone with backpain. - The shower hot and cold water was running well and the pressure was consistently high What needs to be improved: - Only 1 elevator very slow - The food was mostly expose at the breakfast buffet.

Good location near the downtown and near the beach teluk penyu. But the room facilities is not good.. the desc tell us they provide the hair dryer but in fact we need to ask for the hair dryer.. their's no bottled water.. they provide bottle Tumblr and we need to refill in the room corridor. The internet is so poor.. it's didn't connect even when I try in 2 devices

Good location, room was proper (for cilacap's standard), breakfast was satisfactory, rooftop pool was nice. The hotel would probably be average if it's in another city. But hey, this is Cilacap! so this hotel is special, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 on my rating. Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. Definitely better than the other hotel we stayed in few years before, so we were really happy we selected fave cilacap!

Favehotel is second choice and always will be...”
this is my 2nd time staying on 5th floor in this last 2month. the wifi always got trouble and i always complaining, but no action at all. its proved by my last visit, the condition still the same. the king size bed is two single bed merged into one, and even the blanket its two single merged to one :( so sad of this smart hotel condition. since they have advantage of the spacious parking lot and quite nice view on top :) if the management can review and improve some of the point, i believe this hotel will be 1st choice of cilacap visitor.

it was not information about gym facility, so we didn't notice that hotel serve of gym at inside lift floor information. litle bit noisy and need door belle every each room. food and beverage not to complete and taste standard, better add of special meal cilacap such as mendoan

Hotel location is near to down town and beach, has reasonable price with good facilities for budget hotel. Parking car is large and there is atm in front of hotel. One day in the early morning, the water pump were being repaired without notice to the guest. I stay at this hotel with parents and my children. overall, i recommend this hotel to stay

pros : clean room, very strategic location - you can walk to teluk penyu and they got espresso machine in coffee shop. cons : rusty toilet shower, tv channel didn't got good signal and no follow up from hotel staff. bfast various is quite good but served cold.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The pool is dirty as i cannot see the bottom of the pool. it would be great if the pool is cleaned more often. Love to enjoy the scenery from the rooftop where the pool is located. Restaurant is always hot.

Staff isn’t good enough”
I’m not told the true wifi password even though I already asked it twice.. they just gave me an expired password.. they promised me that will ask IT crew and let me know ASAP, but the fact, they did nothing.. thanks for the inconvenience... But overall, the location is good and has great facility
