Although the hotel is located on a mountain, the wide road allows for both buses and SUVs to pass without any issues. The hotel is overall comfortable and clean, with excellent facilities for both families and adults. The buffet for dinner and breakfast is rich and very delicious. Additionally, it only takes 10 minutes to get from the hotel down to the Farglory Ocean Park, and there is a shuttle service, making it very convenient. I recommend it for families to stay.

Great for family with kids if you plan to visit the ocean theme park. Big nice and comfortable rooms, the property comes with many facilities like gym, big swimming pool, kids playroom and many more. Fantastic buffet breakfast and buffet dinner! Highly recommended.
Went there during winter for our wedding anniversary 2 years ago and we loved it! It was December and it was cold but we still loved our stay there. Our view from our room of the sea is so relaxing and calming. It really made us relax from our busy lives away from the city. We also love that at that time they have that garden at night which you can walk on with all the lights and can also stargaze and see some city lights at the front of the hotel. Also got our Hualien day tour package from the hotel and also loved it. Staff are all nice to us even if we don’t speak Mandarin. Up to now, it is still our favorite getaway experience in Taiwan. We would love to go back there, this time, with our baby.

Bringing children to stay and arranging a day at the amusement park, the hotel has rich facilities and also has playmates. Although there were many people due to the peak season, if you visit the game room at off-peak times, the playmates are amazing, and there was even a night frog tour where we were lucky to encounter a few frogs. The children loved the atmosphere of frog hunting. The activities and facilities at the amusement park made the kids very happy; they participated in water gun battles, musical theater, sea lion shows, and dolphin shows, making for a fulfilling day. A small suggestion is to set up a convenience store in the hotel, as we encountered the children wanting to drink fresh milk, which was not provided, and other daily necessities in the hotel shop were quite expensive. For families who do not self-drive, it is advisable to prepare all items, as the shopping street in the hotel has items available, but they are very overpriced.
