First, Agoda direction map for this hotel is wrong, so we have to change our taxi twice to find the right position of the hotel. It's impossible to go directly to hotel since they did not have a phone contact and there is no sign outside the building at all. Second, they give us room with street view. Unfortunately the room didn't have noise cancelation, so we can hear cars and motorcycle sound from our room. Third, the air conditioner didn't work. Hot water didn't work. And there's small gaps in your room window so mosquitos can enter the room. We busy tried to fight mosquitos all night 😭😭 and we can't sleep well.
