Beautiful Place ”
Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. They folded towels into animals and surprised my husband with a cake upon arrival. Kept the handwritten birthday card too :) Room service was very efficient and in-room dining food was excellent. Got the ocean view, sunrise was worth waking early for. Our baby enjoyed the pool and staff even provided towels and baby float. I would like to commend the breakfast team as well for accommodating our baby and excellent service. Gorgeous bathroom, but the wardrobe was creaky and looked old, and also the desk was cluttered with things like food basket, boxes containing stationery (those can be kept in drawers in the first place) and I barely had space for our own items. Which we really needed for the baby. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Amazing Location and Everything Taken Care Of”
This was a great location, even for our one year old, as there were various food options, amazing staff to assist, and a change of cot to something appropriate to north american sleeping standards (flat on back play yard with no extra sheets/pillows) when we requested. Also a nurse on site is helpful if there are health issues while abroad. Room was big enough to separate selves from baby for the evenings without interrupting baby's sleep. The kindness of all of the employees can't be matched and they made our stay extra special. The location is perfect for walking along the beach and enjoying a cooler breeze on hot days with closeness to great family friendly restaurants and shopping. Very happy with our stay. Exceptional service”
Havig stayed in 5 stars hotels worldwide, we are truly impressed with Fairmont Sanur. Was here for my babymoon and the hotel staff made sure to make my stay toally relaxing and enjoyable, especially front manager Ms Guo and butlet Agus. Love the pool and other hotel facilities especially the spa. This is a hotel suitable for couples and families. Highly recommended and would definitely return again.

Best place to stay in Sanur!”
First time staying at Fairmont Sanur, it started with a smooth check in with a surprise of upgraded room. Love the room, its layout, interior that matched our taste, and of course the huge window with ocean view. Breakfast was lovely, particularly on saturday morning, but perhaps the chefs at omelette station could improve their cooking consistency. Love the pool! Lunch and Dinner Meals at pool restaurant were also delicious. The Beachfront bar was also great for sun lounging or simply enjoying dusky afternoons. Morning walk from fairmont was lovely, for those who love catching sunrise. The winning points were the excellent services by the staff. We’ll definitely come back, sooner if not later!

Great manager”
The villa was very nice. The pool area could use some upgrades, but them again price was very reasonable so I was still pleasantly surprised. The hotel manager was particularly helpful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. We had to extend by another night so i went to agoda, but only the 2 bedroom villa was available. Manager Gde Wirawan allowed my family to stay another night in the same villa, allowing us to avoid the hustle and bustle of having to move to a different villa.

Luxury big villa 2BR with private pool”
Was stay here on October 2020. As the impact of the pandemic, the hotel rate become super affordable (less than IDR 2.5Mn) for 2 BR with private pool. Its a super value for money for what we get. The 2 BR, is spacious, large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable. The private swimming pool is also on a decent size. They have bikes that you can take (first come first serve) which really nice for cycling around the area. However, you can see that some area & facilities of the villa is beaten by the weather & usage. While the villa condition is still acceptable, the TV sound is broken and quite annoying. In addition, if you expecting a clean open water beach behind the hotel, on our experience its not the situation. There are plants and boat around on the beach.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff”
Stayed at the Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali for a few days in December last year. Location was perfect - away from the crowds with a beautiful spread of private beach right at the hotel's doorstep. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway to Bali.

Nice Room, but thats all. ”
Room is large, comfy, beautiful and clean. But the rest of the property looks old and not so clean. Lacking of staffs and there is only a limit that human can do. Parking space is very dark, as a single mom travelling I didnt feel too safe in that parking area, I had to insist on parking in front of the lobby. Breakfast is far from 5 star quality. Swimming pool is not comfy. Lots of good cafes nearby.

Unfortunately during our stay covid created a limited staff issue and we were left walking long distances from our ‘upgraded villa’ to get to the pool or resto. I think when things go back to normal this should improve a lot

This was the first hotel that I have stayed in for many years that actually lives up to the hype in the brochure. What you see in the brochure and on their website is what you get and more. Very impressed and very satisfied with the hotel. This hotel will be high on my list of places to return to. The Hotel is located on Sanur Beach which I prefer to the more touristy areas. This was may second trip to Bali and my second stay in the Sanur Beach area, I am very glad that I chose to return to Sanur Beach rather than risk an unknown location and the Regent Bali exceeded my expectations. The only downside to the hotel was the limited evening dining facilities. They have an adequate restaurant but it was noticeable that most guest choose not to use the facility, instead opting for one of the many restaurants located in the area and on the beach. Our favorite watering hole was the Coco Bistro located on the beach and perhaps a 10 minute stroll from our room. Great food, great service and with the added bonus of accepting payment by credit card.

Splendid new hotel, great staff, good location”
The Regent is a recently opened luxury hotel in Sanur area of Bali,located on the beach at Sanur easily accessible from the airport (20 mins). The building has impressive design and architecture and is furnished with local type furnishings and artwork. The rooms are stunning with wonderful open vistas, from an ocean view suite. (note there are no beach view rooms – the hotel layout means that ocean view rooms are viewing the sea over the beach front pool and restaurant building). The rooms are laid out such that the rising sun floods in directly onto the bed in the mornings (there are blinds to block this out, if you wish). The rooms are uncluttered and tastefully furnished with the outside balcony area serving as an open air lounge. The room has wifi and a complimentary minibar (non alcoholic). The bathroom is large and well stocked. A butler service is provided to help with any additional needs. (We stayed in an Ocean View Premier Suite) The main facilities are good and I found the food excellent. A full breakfast buffet is provided. The hotel pool is large with an infinity type boundary looking out to sea. The beach is an effectively private section of the main beach with sunbeds overseen by hotel security. The sea is gentle but good for swimming at high tide. There are many neighbouring beach front hotels, cafes, restaurants and all kinds of beach activities. The hotel is still working out how to clear seaweed and occasional rubbish from the beach and could improve that. The hotel is only 150m from one of the main thoroughfares in Sanur with easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops etc. with a very relaxed atmosphere and seems much less crowded and slower paced than nearby Kuta. We enjoyed our stay and found all of the staff very helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel for a restful luxurious stay at the beach. We plan to go back again soon.

Prime beachfront location!”
My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon in Sanur at the Fairmont. We had an excellent experience. Our personal hotel butler, Dewa, was beyond helpful in accommodating our requests. He helped schedule our itinerary for our 5 day stay. Also, the facilities are top notch at the Fairmont. We enjoyed poolside lounging everyday with a great fading pool overlooking incredible ocean views. The pool is literally a stone throw from the sandy beach where you can lounge as well to switch it up throughout the day. The spa service is incredible. Must do a Balinese massage while staying here. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning that was included. Can't say enough good things about this place making our honeymoon trip ver special :) Thanks to all the staff at Fairmont!!
