We celebrated the surprised birthday of our daughter here. Staff are very helpful, our daughter had no idea and really surprised when we enter our room with decors and cake prepared by the staff. We just provided the materials and they took care of it. The buffet breakfast at Spectrum was really good with lots of choices. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and strolling around malls nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Makati. This is actually the 3rd time that we stayed here. The location was perfect since it is just walking distance to the malls! Also, the room was perfect. It was my daughter’s birthday but it was raining soooo hard so we weren’t able to swim by the pool. No worries though, because she enjoyed playing in the bathtub! The staff were also nice and itvwas easy to call their operator. They accommodated our requests and cleaning of the room was done fast! As for the breakfast buffet, I can say that it is one of the best! They have a lot of variety to choose from and they taste good too! We’ll definitely be going back!

Best 5 star hotel in makati”
I had the best wonderful stay in Fairmont Makati. All staffs were polite and ready to assist me. Everyone greeted often and food tasted good in the hotel. Location is the best and the property looks so fancy especially the golden lobby looks really nice. I would like to mention there is 1 person that made my stay even more memorable is Emma ( I think that’s her name? ) that’s at the front door of the hotel and I was waiting for my grab and she keeps checking on me if I needed transpo, what’s the car license plate # and that she will have someone help me with my luggage. Not only that, it took time for my grab ride to come and she came to check on me often while I was waiting at the lobby. Other people are great but nothing compared to her and how well she made sure she took care of me and my girlfriend. Thank you so much Emma!

I stayed at many fancy hotels around the world but it’s strange that the service here is beyond exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the lady who cleaned our room was kindly helping arrange our dyson tools and our skincare. The level of service is beyond our expectation. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly. The room is not the best hotel in the world but the service is very very good.

Great location and comfortable room”
It was our first time to stay at Fairmont Makati with our family and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast at Spectrum was good as well. It did not have an overwhelmingly large number of choices as other hotel spreads and it had the right amount and variety of dishes. Best of all, the location is near 2 malls: Greenbelt and Glorietta. We would gladly stay there again.

we booked in fairmont but upgraded to a suite room in raffles. this made the experience very different and positive. the staffs were very nice but also shoutout to the door people. they were very friendly. room was beautiful. we are all satisfied. -they were friendly to guests from province -they were nice to people who are members of LGBTQ You kbow when the hotel is great through check in/out procedure!!! check in/out was smooth here.

We stayed for 5 nights & everything about the hotel is excellent! Superior facilities, very clean rooms, everything was provided for, convenient location, and most of all, respectful, polite & kind staff from the gate keeper, to the bell guy, to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, elevator guy, door men, etc. I hope I didn’t miss anyone! Truly, highly recommended. I’d stay with Fairmont again on my next visit to Manila

Warm staff and clean facilities”
Loved this hotel. This was the first hotel I visited on my 1st international trip since Covid started and I must say this was pretty much what I missed about staying in hotels. The staff were warm, smiley and always willing to assist. These things are what truly define good customer service, not to mention that the facilities were clean and very well maintained.

Pleasant Stay”
Pleasant stay from check-in with RAM from the front desk making sure we are comfortable. Even accomodated my request for a higher floor. While my kids waited, Fairmont gave them coloring materials. Room is REALLY CLEAN and I appreciate this since we were staying with children. All the staff are well-trained and courteous. Will come back!

Had an awesome stay here! We decided to celebrate Valentine's early so we booked the weekend before it. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They helped with our luggage and accompanied us to our room. If I ever got inquiries, a quick call is all I need. I also got a minor wound from the pool(my fault), and the attendant by the pool quickly called a nurse. The nurse treated my wound and the hotel manager paid me a visit to make sure I'm okay. Truly great service. Breakfast buffet is the best. It has a few selection of Pinoy Breakfast and of course breads and fruits. As well as cereals. They also have an egg order form which was funny and brilliant! You'll feel really secured while staying in the hotel. You'll know once you get there.

This isn’t the first time we’ve booked with Fairmont nor through Agoda. Like always, their customer service remains top of mind and their facilities are equally premium. This time around, they took their time to prepare a surprise birthday celebration for my 6 year old daughter upon learning about it from her from a passing convo. We were all so surprised and very pleased with the gesture and effort! They pulled the stops - from a glittery background to balloons and even a gift! This is definitely going above and beyond! Kudos Fairmont! We’ll definitely be back again real soon!!

5 Star Experience in the Heart of Makati City”
The location is right in the middle of the shopping area. The staff could not have been more helpful, and professional and always had a pleasant genuine friendly smile. Our suite was large, open and welcoming. Meticulously clean in all areas. Nothing was too much trouble for the amazing Gold Class staff. I will highly recommend this property and will most certainly be back.

Staff - one of the main highlights; very friendly, helpful, and extra attentive; asking questions was never a problem. Food - Spectrum's choices were very delicious, personally wished they had more types of cheese but nonetheless very satisfied with what we ate; Lounge resto was pricey but understandably so, and the staff's aforementioned service more than made up for it, plus they also gave us some good complimentary bread as we waited for our orders. Room - loved the high ceilings (same goes for the lobby and the corridors) that gave me so much space for me to breathe both literally and mentally; just didn't have exactly the best view as we were situated in a lower floor but it's a generally safe floor so it's not that big a complaint; complimentary ground coffee was a very pleasant surprise, just kinda wish they gave a complimentary bath bomb as well for the tub. Other facilities - spa service was great, asked for a light massage since I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction and I felt super relaxed; salon staff was similary attentive and gave helpful recommendations for their service; pool amenities were nice and clean, and the bar serving a complimentary bowl of nuts with the drink we ordered was a nice touch.

Our stay was superb! even if it's for an overnight only, they have exceeded our expectations. All Staff are courteous, very clean room, wide range of food selections at breakfast. and my daughter had fun swimming,in short, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you everyone! will definitely come back!

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in Fairmont. Staff were all lovely, Mara (reception) was also helpful. Swimming pool is perfect for kids and young families, buffet breakfast in Spectrum was so good and the rooms were really clean and well maintained. Checked-in here after my flight got cancelled due to typhoon. I called them to arrange pick-up and that was seamless and hassle-free. The amenities are nice, the room has everything you need, and the breakfast was amazing with many different choices. The location is also very convenient with undergound access to Landmark

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Makati”
Location is very accessible, just next door to Ayala Malls, restaurants and shops. Customer service from check in to breakfast, to the attendant at the pool was excellent, they went beyond my expectations. Excellent Buffet breakfast with wide selection of food. Beautiful room, bed and pillows are very comfy. I requested if they could send a slice of cake for my niece birthday, and so they did. Special little thoughts, really appreciated… Will stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.
