It's a nice hotel and very close to the Baga and Calangute beaches. The market was also very close and you will get all the needful things around. The hotel staff is cooperative and rooms are clean.

Hotel is located in a small road but they have fair amount of parking space. The space is small so they ask you for your car keys which I personally don’t like. The rooms were clean enough, it was missing soap and towels which they did provide later on request. Staff were friendly and obliged our requests. One huge problem is RATS! When I mentioned that there was a rat in the room, they said “call us when you see it next time” which was very unprofessional. To summarise Pros: Clean rooms, Close to beach(~2km), Clean pool Cons: Staff are not very professional, Rat problem, Could have been cleaner.

Over exp was fine. Pool was very well maintained. Very surprised and shocked to see that a hotel does not accept Amex card for payment. On enquiring, they said HDFC Bank which had provided the EDC machine does not give that option. Secondly, breakfast was pathetic. No option of non veg even during new year time. Very upset with that. They need to take care of this fast.

Not too good to call it a must stay place. Location is 1.8 kms away from Calangute beach. 20 mins by walk. When we entered there was water everywhere on the floor.. looked like people from swimming pool directly enters lifts and got to their rooms. Food taste is okay. Breakfast is good but need to wait for everything. We waited for tea cup 15 mins then for tea for another 15 mins.. there was no hot water when we reached.. need to wait for an hour .. so waiting everywhere... Visit if no good option nearby.

In my 2 days stay I called reception several times but it was always busy. I didn't get wifi in my 2 days stay. For water bottle also I had to come to reception. Very dissapointing stay.

DRINKING WATER., TOWELS. HOUSECLEANING , sleeper,. Tv. Connection,. All we get. After. Calling reception We have 3 day staty in which we get tv connection wenn we are get to check out morning It's has. Pool. Bar. But. No service and in working condition As they charge there are no facilities As per there advertising height of service And. Parking. Issue. Also Very much errors but. It should be basic services which hotel should provide to coustomer so no value for money

No cleanliness, Hotel was going under maintenance. ”
1. There is lots of maintenance going on and still Fab hotels taking the booking. When we reached to property, everywhere is some maintenance going on, seems like we visited some construction property not the hotel. Also in room newly paint smell troubled a lot. 2. The bed sheets and other linens were with stains and not cleaned. After asking to change they didn’t have fresh bed sheets. 3. The complementary tea milk powder packets are with expired date. I booked the hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately stayed at the same because we didn’t want to loss precious days of Goa travel due to searching and shifting to another hotel. We had lost half day because of Fab Hotel.

Not worth for money”
I booked this hotel based on pics on website with advance payment but it lags is most of the basic facilities. First bad thing noticed in ro om is lights were not working, then after changing room, room lock was not working and dirty towels and bedsheet. Also breakfast serving was another mess. They were not able to refill the buffet and guests has to wait for around Half hour for each refill

Very bad experience, not good to stay”
Location not good, staff behaviour very rude and not co operative, very poor service, there are many hotel options available near beach so prefer that option , we reached hotel around 8.30 am and we requested for early check in as we have child but they denied and they have given room after 12 pm , i strongly not recommending this hotel
