Great value but you have to be flexible”
Amazing value (50% off) from other places. Refrigerator, Microwave were great. Room door sometimes wouldn't open (be patient), had to learn how to jury rig the door to get it closed (think warping). Cable Coax was out of the connecter, had to jury rig back in. Location is great, near interstate and 30 minutes (or less) from any of the beaches, hot spots.

Office staff extremely slow .. hotel was over booked so they said. I had booked 2 rooms .. one queen and the other 2. Doubles . requested to be on first floor . No double room left, but said they could give us an extra room and proceeds to tell us we normally charge for this, but we won’t( thank you for not making me pay for your mistakes). But one room on 2nd floor and no elevator. Ok fine will make it work. We go in first room and someone’s luggage was already in it . . back to office takes forever for them to find another room (they previously said they were overbooked). Next room on 2nd floor as well. Room was for my elderly parents 78 and 83 . Good thing I was their to take there luggage up the stairs. We asked for late check out . House keeping banged on my door At 10. They didn’t have any do not disturb signs . Tell her we have12 pm check out. They come back again an hour later . Room outdated had a kitchenette with nothing in it. Terrible front seat workers .

Would NOT Return”
I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. Besides be old and run down I didn't feel I would trust leaving anything of value in my room. It did not feel secure. It was OLD and RUN DOWN. Besides them jacking up the prices to double for the Super Bowl weekend, I would NEVER stay here again even at normal prices. Glad my wife did not have to experience this! Sorry to say, I will NOT be back.

STay away from this place. !!!!! our reservations where messed up. I needed two rooms. 1 with 1 bed for sure and the other had to have 2 double beds.. had 3 people. my sister was traveling with my elderly parents. requested rooms on first floor (no elevators). they were over booked and only had 2 rooms with a queen in each. it was very late 11:30 pm. so they were like lets see what we can do. had 2 on first floor and another room on 2nd. they kindly didnt charge for extra room since it was thier fault..so nice of them. . go in first room.. someone was already in it. bags on bed.. luckily i didnt walk in on someone sleeping or worse. back to office to see if have anything else. got one room on 1st other 2 on second. so my poor parents 78 and 82 climbing staircase, while i took thier bags up. and now i find out they either charged me for my parents or sister room when i prepaid for mine in advance. now i have to dispute that. women at desk slow, i could on and on ..

I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before and ever had an issue but the front desk staff was not friendly. The room smelled and we killed FOUR cockroaches. The shower was also broken.

MADE RESERVATIONS GOT THERE AFTER 3pm STILL HAD TO WAIT ON THE ROOM GET IN THE ROOM TO FIND ROACHES ”
AND SPIDERS IN THE BATHROOM NOT TO MENTION TRIED TO TAKE A SHOWER THE TUB STOPPED UP LITERALLY THE BATHROOM DOOR LOOKED AS IF HAD BEEN KICKED IN HHHAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3-4 TIMES UNTIL WE JUST GAVE UP THIS WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE WHAT COUPLE WANTS A DOUBLE BED ROOM NEVER EVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

Hotel didn’t have a early check in available (understandable) and receptionist said they would cancel my reservation if agoda.com call them but when they did the hotel said they could not cancel the reservation. I could not stay till 3pm to check in and had to pay for hotel without staying in it. Terrible customer service. That is why I am a Marriot guy. No questions asked
