Excellent stay”

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The location was super convenient. The room was clean and very soundproof - never heard another guest. The breakfast and evening reception were so convenient and such a cost savings. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms at Embassy Suites were very comfortable. Breakfast included in the stay is brilliant with a large spread of options. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos and the strip but not too far away. So you can have your fun and come back to the peace of your room. Only issue - even after repeatedly telling them to link my Hilton honours membership it didnt reflect in my membership which was a bummer.

This hotel is a must stay when in Las Vegas. They supply made to order breakfast, happy hour in the evening, and a safe environment. The staff was amazing as we were there for 2 weeks. Me and my kids will always choose Embassy Suites Las Vegas Convention Center when in Vegas.

Very good”

It's not in a middle of the Strip but close enough and much more quiet and more affordable. We just made a quick stop on our way to AZ last summer but had a good sleep and enjoyed the Vegas view from our window. Staffs seemed super busy that night but they were nice and tried their best to meet our needs.

The black girl who is in front desk is worst she was so rude and was acting like we were there old enemies

Awesome stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, even though our stay was only for a night and the rooms were all occupied. We're going to come back to this hotel whenever we go to Vegas.

Excellent location only if you have to be close to convention center ”

Nice peaceful property close to convention center with excellent drop off and pick up shuttle service . They have breakfast service but negligible choice for vegetarians. Evening happy hours are perfect to relax after busy day. Overall staff were lively with quick response to any query.

False Commitment and Unauthorized Credit Card charges”

1) They advertising for free shuttle services but they don’t provide even by calling them many times they put you in hold. If you charge them for this they will say they were busy so they put you in hold. 2) Unauthorized credit card charges repeatedly, so be careful and check your bank, if you use or give your credit card to them. I had to change the card and put dispute to get my money back from this company.

The room is in front of the elevators. So, there are constant noises.

Great pool and hot tub!!! So wonderful to go swimming in a WARM pool. Really added to our stay. Breakfast was excellent, as well.

People at the desk were great. Went to my room and walked into the bathroom and the toilet had been used and not flushed. Disgusting. The phone was covered with food remnants. NOT a clean room by any standards.

Never again.. Here's why:”

Took me 30minutes just to check in as the front counter staff said that Agoda had not paid them just yet so then they tried to bill me a second time, which was absolutely unprofessional as I had already shown my receipt upon checking in. Furthermore, I asked for a 'non-smoking room' and when I checked into my room the first thing I noticed that the room smelt absolutely horrible like a bunch of junkies had been smoking for 2 weeks straight within the room. Low and behold, I realize that it's a 'smoking room' and infested with cigarettes and the cleaners did a poor job of preparing the room. My advice - book somewhere else.

Vi kom til Las Vegas klokken 12, altså 4 timer før egentlig innsjekk. Hadde full forståelse for at rommet ikke var klart, men de var lite behjelpelig med å ta vare på baggasje i mellomtiden. Ved innsjekk var det mye rot og de hadde lite kontroll.
