“Spacious Home with Good Amenities, but Water Supply Was a Big Issue”
We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The house is clean, spacious, and fully air-conditioned, with complete amenities such as toiletries, beddings, WiFi, Netflix, and plenty of hangers. The host was responsive and easy to reach, and the neighbors were also friendly. However, our stay was negatively affected by a long scheduled water interruption that we were not informed about beforehand. The stored water provided had larvae, making it unsafe and unusable. Installing a water tank with a pump would greatly help future guests. In addition, some bedroom and bathroom door knobs/locks were broken, which caused inconvenience. The location is also quite far from downtown and tourist destinations, and it’s not accessible via ride-hailing apps like Grab. Overall, the house has good potential with its amenities and host responsiveness, but the water supply and maintenance issues need urgent improvement for a more comfortable stay.

“Advertising wrong information ”
Misleading location, they advertised that it’s 200m away from the Roxas night market near Ateneo the Davao University but it’s a big lie! Because it is located 30 mins away from Roxas and more when heavy traffic. It says 3bedrooms but it’s just 2bedrooms. Ruined our plans, very disappointing.

“Clean elegant house”
Complete amenities with large tv and new cool aircon in rooms and sala. Although a bit far from the city proper, Caretaker is very accomodating and helped us with getting us transpo. Very clean and fit for groups, u can also cook and use their videoke.
