We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable rates that did not compromise on quality. The location is perfect with easy access to all transport, shops and other amenities. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, although I would recommend that they provide you with a kettle in your room, as you had to pay for hot water from a vending machine everytime you wanted to have a drink - which I deem unfair. Despite this minor gripe, I would recommend this hotel for its overall experience. 👍
Travelled over for a leeds united match and hotel was perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they couldn't do enough for me. Asked for an extra pillow and got 2 extra incase I needed it. Got a very warm welcome when arriving. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommend and very cheap for city centre location. Have booked again to go back
Does what it's supposed to do, can't really complain. You have to get into the correct mindset, don't charge around and scrape your arm or leg on the bed or door etc. Probably 3 nights was the max I would want, but for that, with the price........ decent really. Almost zero noise, great bed. Blackout curtains are really that! I though the bathroom was bigger than its compatriot in Manchester, which was too small. So, just about tolerable for a few days. I miss a table to put anything on, but living out of a case with two slim shelves is sufficient. No cleaning included is another reason why 3 days is about the max. Good place really.
If you travel during summer, and stay in the room without window. You might get issues with “lacking oxygen” . No table, no chair, 3 hangers only stick to the wall, no hairdryer but you can borrow at reception, no sound proof, quite hot and feel stuffy and quite uncomfortable. We left the 20 inch suitcase at the hotel after checking out to find some food before get on train. And they charged us for £5. Staff were not really friendly. Will not come back or choose this brand again. cheers!

Booked 3 nights in this place, and while I can't really recommend it, nor can I criticise it too much. It's a budget hotel, and you get as little as possible for your money. The room I had was medium size, and consisted of a bed, TV, a large wall mirror, and 2 coat hangers. I was given a disabled friendly room, that also had a large bathroom consisting of a shower, a loo and the tiniest sink imaginable. The positives were: A working lift. Both bedroom and bathroom were largely immaculate, although bedsheets had a couple of small stains on them. Shower gel and loo roll provided. Bed was very comfortable. Negatives: The TV wouldn't work at first, so I asked for a new remote control, but was told a switch on the wall needed to be fiddled with a few times to get it going. This switch was high up on the wall. I had to stand on the bed to reach it. Even if you were 7 feet tall, you would still need to stand on the bed to reach it, as there is insufficient room between the foot of the bed and the wall to allow you to reach it from the floor. And this in a disabled friendly room? There is no wardrobe or table, meaning spare clothes remained in my bag throughout my stay. The only litter bin is in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the bathroom, meaning you can't really have a shave, unless you keep shifting from the bathroom to the bedroom to check your reflection. With the sink being so tiny, little room to put your toothbrush etc. Also had to ask for a paper cup, so after brushing my teeth I could rinse without having to stick my mouth under the tap (Do some hotels seem to think their guests do this? Have now visited 3 hotels since 2019 that don't provide this basic service). All in all then, I suppose you get what you pay for, but a few basic additions that you usually get in budget hotels would improve it no end. If I go to Leeds in the future, I could tolerate it again for a one night stay, but anything more than that would see me checking in elsewhere.
