As a Multiple-Use Hotel, ERH has been determined to be suitable for the accommodation of both quarantine and non-quarantine guests with the implementation of safety protocols that conform to relevant public health standards and ensure the physical separation of the two types of guests.<br><br>With this, ERH is now permitted to accommodate the following:<br>- Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine;<br>- Health and emergency frontline personnel in need of easy access to their workplace;<br>- Long-staying guests;

The room that we were given has air conditioning remote control problem. the room was at 19C very cold. The technician responded quickly but was unable to rectify the issue. When we requested for a change of room, we were given a newly renovated room that was problem free. The room was clean and very pleasant. We greatly appreciate your high service level!!

Arrived to very friendly and hospitable front desk staff. I was given one of the more newly renovated rooms but to my dismay, the trash bin in the room under the writing desk hadn't been cleaned out. Both in-room phones did not work. On my way to lunch, I called the attention of the front desk regarding the matter and they did end up taking out the trash by the time I returned to the room. The AC of 3807 didn't seem to work right and I wish I had informed the hotel of this while there for their knowledge. They need to check the phones in the room too. It was difficult to order just 2 coffees from the room. I finally got to reach the front desk after so many calls to try and reach the F&B facility. Their return call took a while and so did the service. For my late evening coffee, instead of making another attempt, I just drove home to get coffee instead, not wanting to get annoyed. Upon check out, I had to be the one to say I ordered room service coffee the afternoon before. They would have let me check out without having paid otherwise. I hope they're able to improve this because I do like the hotel, its location, and that stays make for a great staycation even if I only really live 15 mins away without traffic. After checking out, I asked the driveway guard where Locavore was and he totally gave me the wrong directions. He told me to cross the street from the driveway and head straight to the restaurant area, only later to do an almost 360 and (because I had to return to the hotel basement where I parked), Locavore was only a short walk to the left of their driveway. Hay. I hope Eastwood Richmonde sees my review and does something about these low-hanging fruits to improve guest experience.

for the 2nd time, our stay is very *sulit* the staffs are very accomodating, all security personnel are corteous and kind, rooms are clean one suggestion, maybe you can change the size of your coffee mugs and clean the windows to enjoy more the manila view outside. But in total the hotel is spot on 👍

Beautiful hotel, super clean. The one bed suite was an amazing room for the price. I took full of advantage of the full gym, and sauna every day. The swimming pool was recently redone and it was beautiful on the 39th floor.

Hotel within Reach Amids of this Pandemic”
I really love Richmonde Hotel. Start from the friendly guard, Contact less and automated body temp and sanitizer. The Concierge people who treat you so nice and very accommodating. The Superior Queen Room is a relaxing place to stay with. Especially the bathroom is neatly cleaned. This room can be used for resting and work combined. I know that it is still pandemic and our action is very limited. Since the hotel operates without the amenities you can still do much outside the hotel. Eastwood city is a livable community and there so much to do within.

The hotel staff were courteous and kind. Facilities specially the pool is at the rooftop and city view is one of a kind. My kid really enjoyed his birthday celebration at the hotel. There is also a connecting bridgeway going to the mall so purchasing basic goods and toiletries is not a hassle. Overall, 5 star experience.

Connected to Eastwood Mall. Walking distance to other places. Staff are helpful and friendly. Gym is spacious and got enough equipments. Pool was under renovation during my stay. Room interiors were a bit old looking and the bath tub couldn’t close, so we didn’t get to use it. But overall, good stay!

Birthday Staycation”
Great location! It's just beside Eastwood Mall so if you need to grab something to eat, you can just visit the mall, there is also an entrance to the mall going to the hotel (2F), it was actually nice and I love their staircase going to the hotel lobby hehe. We booked the Superior Queen room, the room is also nice, it even has a bathtub, but I still prefer the shower area hehe. The room is clean, bed is comfy. There's a work table also and sockets, wifi is great too!
