I am giving a review that is less than satisfactory because of many unfavorable incidents during our stay at this hotel, the chronology is as follows: 1. We arrived in Yogyakarta city and reached the hotel at 11:00 AM, and when we wanted to check in, the reception team directed us to return at 3:00 PM (the check-in time was quite long) unlike other star-rated hotels. But okay... 2. We left the hotel to avoid waiting too long, but at 2:00 PM we were confirmed that our room was ready (still too long to wait, but at least it was earlier than the reception confirmed). 3. Finally, we returned to the hotel to check in around 2:15 PM (this is where the unpleasant incidents began). 4. After we received the keys for rooms 314 and 315 (where we had to wait quite a while), it turned out that room 314 was already occupied (or had already been filled).. we were shocked and surely the person inside was also equally surprised. 5. Around 2:45 PM we called the operator from room 315, and they said they would follow up promptly. 6. However, until about 60 minutes later, the process of room replacement was not done quickly. (Disappointment number 1). One can imagine we traveled from outside the city with the intention of having a vacation with family but there was a mistake on the hotel's part that consumed our rest time. 7. Finally, around 4:00 PM we got a replacement room from room 314. 8. We and the kids around 4:15 PM immediately went to the attractions available at the hotel (which means a lot of time was wasted waiting for handling and the kids were eager to swim) as parents we followed the children's request even though we were really exhausted. (Because our intention from home was to holiday) we considered the earlier incidents as whatever.. 9. (Problem number 2 begins). --> Around 5:25 PM we all wanted to return to the room because it was already late and we wanted to wash up so the kids would not catch a cold/get sick (because most of the attractions we played with were in water/pools). 10. It turned out there was a problem with the key to room 311 (this room is the replacement for room 314 which had someone in it). 11. We called the operator again from room 315, and the handling from the hotel took quite a long time, around 60 minutes from our call to the operator. 12. And one can imagine the kids whose change of clothes was in room 311 had to endure the cold for about 60 minutes. 13. We are DISAPPOINTED.. where our intention to vacation at this hotel did not meet our expectations. It is true that the hotel offered us a gift of special bread from Yogyakarta. But that is not only what we intended and we still accept their apology. It just has to be fair, the time they wasted on us?? While we were confirmed to check out at 12:00 PM. In our opinion, this is a very unpleasant experience. And we hope our kids still enjoy our holiday.
